Pug stuck outside

This sweet little thing has been outside in the Texas heat all day. My neighbors are dipshits and they have 2 dogs but I have never seen this dog before. Their other dogs are nowhere to be seen and my neighbors aren't home (i knocked on their door). Dog was whining and crying. Its about 8 pm and I went out there and pulled back a piece of my fence to feed it and give it water.

I don't know much about pugs, but not sure if its outside appropriate? Wondering if I should go over there and get it and bring it in my house?

Not sure how much trouble I would get in for doing that but I also want to protect the dog. I feel so bad

UPDATE: Our neighbors finally woke up and walked over to get him. I told them I had to take him to the vet and get him fluids and they offered to pay but I declined. the neighbors dad moved in and its his dog. They need to keep the pup separated from their other dogs because they don't get along so that was their excuse for leaving him out while they were out. Im livid. He had no food or water.

On my note, I told him they he accidentally got into my yard so I cant take it much further right now without getting a charge for theft. He got food and water and belly rubs all night in the AC. If I see him left out there again, I'll get him right away and contact animal control and try to see what my options are. I have evidence and they know im watching. He has a great coat, is a healthy weight, and is well behaved. Because of this, i stopped short of taking this to the next level right now.

Found a bearista cup

I didnt even want one when they came out but an antique store near me had 4 😂 me and my kid grabbed one for fun. $20. I feel like it's evidence of hyper consumerism. Like a piece of lore

Going to be a chocolate milk cup in this house.

Fell in love

I found this used ring that is 9ct white gold with 2ct diamond cluster. I am so excited to get it in! I have been working on collecting used and vintage rings and its quickly becoming a hobby of mine. Once I get it I will show my whole collection ♥️

Foster cat going to Petco

Hi everyone, we have been fostering a wonderful 10 month old female cat for about a month and a half. The last 2 events we have attended, we couldn't find her a family. The rescue we are working with reached out to let us know they are taking her to Petco to live in one of the cat condos for 2 weeks. They say that cats, especially friendly ones like her, get adopted very quickly.

This is the first time I have had a foster that didn't get adopted at an event and I guess I feel nervous for her. Idk.

Should I try to convince them to have me keep her and do more events or just go with it. I usually foster super small kittens so this is new for me.

She is super affectionate, easy to handle, and beautiful. But she has become accustomed to sleeping in our bed so im worried this will be hard for her.

We have several of our own pets so I wont be adopting her. I also foster cats multiple times a month so I have no intention of stoping that.

Hello, is it weird to ask a breeder to pick the puppy up 1 day early?

Update: Thank you everyone for the inputs! I decided not to ask and wait until tomorrow (Monday) to pick up my dog. It is more convenient to get her on Sunday but didn't want to put the breeder in a weird place to have to say no.
