Is this normal?

I am (W15) and have had an eating disorder since I was 12, but today I looked in the mirror and my body was big, my ribs weren't showing, And my stomach became swollen, like a big ball. I haven't recovered yet, in fact I'm still not eating.

I think that's because my body got used to the low calorie diet, and that's why it's become like I'm sedentary. (Ah! Speaking fast, I'm transitioning from anorexia nervosa to atypical anorexia... even without eating and exercising EVERY DAY.)

You who went through this. What is it?

Cassie's eating disorder isn't properly addressed in the series.

Hello, how are you? Well, I'm someone who has struggled with an eating disorder (anorexia) for years.

A while back, I decided to watch Skins, where Cassie is. To begin with, the person who wrote Cassie's character doesn't understand anything about the e.d....

I think that was a very generalized view, with far too many opinions on how Snorex actually works! Just as an example, she "goes all day without eating", That's a myth that's been debunked a long time ago... in fact, that's just one of several examples I could use.

I also think it gets worse when we remember that most of the fans are 12-year-old children who want to imitate everything they see. (This also applies to Effy, who I think they treat the part where she does drugs as a romanticization.)

Finally, The Eating disorders and drug use in the series sound like a major romanticization to me.

(PEOPLE, I AM NOT FLUENT IN ENGLISH! IF I EXPRESS MYSELF POORLY, IT'S THE TRANSLATOR'S FAULT!)
