Just a cheeky reminder

KULR leaves the Russell 3000 index today, which means you may get index funds selling to rebalance their portfolios

There could be a drop, hopefully not. In any case, don't be surprised if it does

Other than the bitcoin fiasco, I'm excited about this company. Here's hoping for a successful year going forwards!

This of course is not financial advice

My MIL had to break up a wildlife standoff in her garden involving a cat, two seagulls, and for some reason, a slow worm. Has anyone else had any strange British animal encounters recently?

She hasn't confirmed how or why the slow worm was involved

Dreading work tomorrow? Know that somewhere in the UK, we've had a squirrel make multiple break-in attempts into our office. The offending culprit can be found attached:

Has anyone here got any strangely interesting things that happened in their life?

I had this realisation recently where I reflected on my life's trajectory:

  • Had severe OCD. Withdrew from uni twice. Couldn't work for multiple years. Hospitalised just in time for my 20th birthday.
  • Worked on myself to reduce the OCD, got a job
  • Met my soulmate and got married within a year
  • Wrote a book about living with severe OCD
  • Had a play written about it
  • Now consider myself a happy person

It feels like my life can be summed up as "Was finally awarded a stable life after years of hardship", but it still feels weird I had a play written on that part of my life

I'd love to know what cool things have happened to you along the way in your life? If there's cool achievements that have happened, anything you feel hasn't been appreciated that you think was neat?

To those who dislike the proposed bank note changes, how would you feel about an Animorph style compromise where national figures transform into beloved British wildlife?

AGM on 20th November 2026

Got a notification to vote for an upcomimg AGM in November. No proposals were shown when I looked, but at least we have a date

Does anyone have any expectations going into this meeting? It is in November so there's time to have a think about it

Maybe they'll update the AGM details at a later point with proposals to vote on

Paupers' Ladder has quickly become the go-to Sunday game for my wife and I. Anyone else a fan?

I haven't seen this game posted around much, but it's gotten to the point where's almost a weekly Sunday staple in our household

I'm not the best at describing games, but what I like about it:

  • You don't control just one character: You also have a unique bird that only your character can control. Each bird has its own power when you "Train it". So a crow, for example, will add 1+ strength to your strength in combat, while a swift can allow you character to move multiple spaces in a turn.
  • You have to achieve 3 out of 5 objectives, which gives you flexibility in how you play. You can focus more on slaying monsters, you can collect ingredients for skills which gives your characters perks, or maybe you just want to accumulate 40 gold (That one is actually quite hard). I find that I'll be set on a certain way of winning in the early game and then as I accumulate more items and resources, I'll adjust my strategy.
  • There's a strong theme of randomness, as when you go into a new region, you have no idea if the card you draw will be an item, an event, or a monster you have to fight (And might lose to). So you do have to roll with the punches at points, but it's still possible to have a strategy when you're not sure what you're gonna encounter
  • It's a fantasy setting: I like the dragons lol

I've showed it to people more into heavy-weight games and to people more into casual games. This was the one where people seem to have got sucked into it the most and raved about it afterwards. If anyone else has played it, I'd love to know your thoughts. Otherwise, I strongly recommend this game: It might even be your new weekend thing!

KULR no longer buying bitcoin in 2026

Well folks, looks like CEO Mo has seen the light: On today's earnings call, he's confirmed they're not buying bitcoin for 2026. A nice little turnaround from when they were constantly diluting to add to the bitcoin treasury. It looks like the mining operations are continuing, but otherwise cash will only be used for their products. In any case, Q1 financial results are an improvement from Q4 2025.

"Revenue rose 98% to $4.85 million, gross margin improved to 29%, SG&A and R&D fell, operating loss narrowed, but net loss increased to $28.1 million due to a $20.8 million non-cash mark-to-market loss on bitcoin. Cash totaled $19.0 million as of May 13, 2026."

I have some skin in the game: About 1400 shares at around $2.4.

I do think they need to do a lot to regain trust, but this feels like a step in the right direction. NFA.
