Flock camera memo, reach out to your representative

I reached out to my representative about my concerns regarding flock cameras and there are two co sponsor memos which doesn't seem like a lot but I guess it's a first step. The better memo (49047) requires a warrant for a flock camera to be used to find an individual and signs would need to be posted that a flock camera was there, similar to speed enforcement signs. The other memo (49059) prohibits third party access to data without the police department's consent. Reach out to your representative to let them know your thoughts.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what's up with this cardinal? He has been like this for a long time so I don't think it's molting.

Residential Engineer

Hi everyone,

I am having difficulty having any company come out and drafting/stamping residential plans for a retaining wall project I need built. Does anyone have any contacts? I've tried Providence engineering and a lot of surrounding engineering firms.

Thanks

Something in my mind had me revisit the Starco moments after not watching the show in two years🥲 I watched Urusei Yatsura which helped. Are there any shows you found that filled the gap?

Contractor replacing only my section of a shared, 40-year-old retaining wall. Safe?

We have a timber retaining wall that is shared between three properties. My portion is no longer plumb, has a carpenter ant infestation, and failed the screwdriver test due to water absorption at the base of the posts.

Because my neighbors on both sides are unable or unwilling to repair their portions, I am hiring a contractor to replace just my section. While their sections are in slightly better shape, the entire structure is 40 years old.

Would you trust a contractor to securely tie new wood into an older structure like this without issue? (The contractor does carry $1 million in liability insurance.)

Stop blowing holes in my ship!

But honestly why is he doing this? Breaking an already shelled peanut into tinier pieces? Sunflower seeds?

I placed my full preorder yesterday where it says I'll get a free $50 additional back cover. I love the leather back, do you think it will be more expensive than the regular case backs?

I am dealing with a real estate law case and the lawyer may take 1-2 weeks to respond. The case is minor, but is that turn around time standard?

Capitol One Miles or Rove Miles for my Venture X?

I was just approved for the Venture X, I am currently racking up miles with Rove but I'm wondering if I should dedicate to Capitol One Miles due to the travel eraser and portal. We go on two vacations a year and don't do a lot of points transferring but are open to it. Thoughts?
