Magnesium Malate
Magnesium L-Threonate
Magnesium Taurate
Plus Vitamin B6 and BioPerine

Stack for uni (For locking in and being social making friends)

So I'm going into my second university but during my first year I was a really bad student. I was really depressed. I had no friends. I would barely go to class and I'd only pass my classes by 1%. Also I remember I would always have the worst sleep schedule during university. I remember one day I went to bed at 9 a.m. and woke up at 11:30 p.m. No joke. And of course I fixed most of those bad habits at home but the reason why I fixed it is because I actually had a good routine, a good system around me. Now since I'm going to university, I'm pretty scared that I'll fall back on my old habits. I need a good stack so I can be focused in school and for my social anxiety fears because I'm currently a business major and there are a lot of presentations. I get really shaky and jittery during my presentations.

I'm thinking about taking either armodafinil or modafinil to get me out of bed. And propranolol to help my speech anxiety. Any other good stack i should be taking? Obviously I'm taking my fish oils, magnesium glycinate, creatine, and vitamin K2D3. (Started taking this in the summer)

I need a stack for each day. For example I need a good daily stack for every day, actually going to lectures, going to the gym, talking to people. I need a separate stack for exam days or presentation days where I'm under a lot of stress and work. Thank you in advance

The Bu111 exam leak ruined the final

So I think as most of you know, the exam for BU 111 got leaked Fall semester 2025. And as someone who's currently retaking it for the spring semester, they made it way harder, way more difficult. And it actually pretty sucks for most people because usually the final is a grade booster.

As someone who's taken both, I feel like the fall semester one was really fair because they would tell you everything that was on exam during the labs. So it was really helpful. If you paid attention and studied your ass off.

But I feel like for this new and changed final, they made a lot of writing based on stuff that was done during the lectures. I don't even remember the prof saying something like that will be on the final exam.

But if you are going to a first year right now and worried, it shouldn't be that bad. But it just caught me by surprise. I'm going to say that.

Out of breath playing GK in soccer

So I'm currently on a weight loss journey. Starting weight was 320 lbs. Now I'm at 292 lbs. and today I was playing soccer. I was playing as goalkeeper, which I always do when I play soccer, but holy fuck I was getting out of breath so fucking fast, fucking diving, getting balls, the easiest position in fucking soccer. If you ever feel bad about doing shit in cardio, at least you don't get out of breath playing fucking goalkeeper in soccer

Best stack for uni

My university starts in September and I need a nice stack that can help me focus, lock in for exams, and also make sure I pay attention to all my university lectures.

What I've been taking right now during the summer has only been caffeine. I've been thinking about taking of modafinil, salink, and Semax. Any other recommendations?
Been thinking 100MG modafinil and alpha GPC

For people who also struggle with this. During, first year I would never have the motivation to get up, go to class, or even if I ever did go to class, that once a blue moon I'll be on my phone, distracted, not locked in. Only during my last 2 days before the exam I would study, super undistracted, and not fully focused which resulted in me not doing well my first year.

Move Final exam an hour back

So I have a final on August 11th from 3:30 to 5 o'clock. But for some reason the proctoring place I went to for my midterm closes at 4:30. And for my midterm, they allowed me to push my exam back an hour so I could write in time. But when I asked my prof today for the same treatment he told me that they couldn't do it for the final exam. Has this ever happened to anybody? And if so, why is the case for the final exam? How is me pushing back one hour going to hurt anything? Please and thanks. Appreciate it.

Has anyone had a brutal BP moment in their life

I remember in grade 10 I saw all my friends having bad hoes on their Snapchat, having a whole roster of hoes. I decided to do the same thing. I tried to do the same thing but I remember I couldn't get past the “WYLL”. I would get just get fucking blocked even by the most mid girls too. This happened 20+ times shit was so depressing. Tried to stay positive but just realized I’m just chopped. And only guys would say “you not that ugly” just loose weight and it will be all fine.

LMK if you have any experience like this or want more loser stories like these

Best second year BBA schedule

What is a good schedule to have for second-year BBA so I don't go crazy? I remember in first year you were not recommended to take BU 111, BU 127, and MA 129 in one semester. What is that equivalent in the second year?

Can't find a spot to play in my house.

So i got my acoustic guitar a month ago. For the life of my i can't find a spot to play. My dad works from home 2 days a week. And i work Monday to Friday until 2pm. But when i come back home my brother always bitch's about me playing. On weeknds its impossible my parents complain. And i don't even have a basement to use "which is up for rent". Which made me gain little no progress. Has anyone had this problem before. When i told my friend this issue he told me just get an electric so i can plug into some headphones. But i just like feeling of an acoustic and the sound.
