Smoked Beer Can Chicken

Smoked this with applewood to 165°F for 2 hours on the kettle today, seasoned with cajun spice and SPG , basted with cajun spiced maple bbq sauce for the last 10 mins...Man was it gud, so succulent, it just fell apart and got some leftovers for tomorrow too😋
