I've done some light digging, but I've found very little horror material about the Canadian wilderness! Maybe I'm not looking up the right words. I'm looking to find stories, myths, legends, literally anything creepy that takes place in that kind of setting. There are lots of posts about specific haunted buildings, which is great, but is there any lore on forests/hiking/nature areas? Deserted places? Sasquatch Park, Vancouver Island, or Banff are close to what I'm looking for. Creepiness in the PNW vibes? I'd appreciate being directed to other sources, as well.

My first year (which I just finished) was a regular Fall + Winter (Sept-April) academic year but I'm starting co-op next year, and my terms would be: Sept-Dec (study), Jan-April (work), and May-Aug (study). So study/work/study from Sept-Aug. To my knowledge, most Ontario med schools don't penalize this schedule, but I wasn't sure about Western. I was a little confused about the info they have on their website on co-op courses. If anyone could clarify, I'd appreciate it!

Either canonverse or au is okay but i’d love to see fics where they kinda argue a lot or they’re super toxic like to the point of obsession and STILL love each other to an extreme amount… Just mean and evil and terrible but the love is still there yk. Preferably a longer fic with 30k+ word count. Thanks!

I found a job in Toronto on the Canada Summer Jobs Bank, but when I clicked on the link to the company's website, their career tab says they're no longer accepting applications. The posting was created a week ago. I was wondering two things: should I email the company my application anyway, and does anyone actually get employed through this program? I've sent in countless emails for the jobs posted, and it seems very bleak as I haven't received any replies. I was a camp counsellor last year, and I have other experience from volunteering extensively with youth, but I haven't heard back anywhere after applying consistently for months (since last year). I would appreciate any advice!

i've read other cc books but tid is my fav trilogy hands down. i'm looking for books with a similar dynamic as will, jem, and tessa and their style of banter. also love how they all pine for each other. would prefer a similar historical setting but still totally open.

i hope i worded that right but i'm basically in part-time studies right now (for 2 classes) so i ONLY got grants through osap but i noticed that some interest appeared for the first time on my loan statement on the nslsc on may 31. i think i'm supposed to confirm my enrolment but the only options are for some type of loan, so i'm not sure what to do. do i just choose the "i have part-time loans" anyway? i'm going back to school next year since i just finished my first year at uni.
