Afraid cpu started to die

Hi after updating my PC in last week my ryzen 9600X started to have terrible 1 percent lows even in old games from 2012-2014 era.

Even online games on low sets like overwatch feel terrible. Not long ago I could run new titles buttery smooth

Everything was going perfectly but after I updated both amd software and nvidia app it is terrible now and even going into older drivers doesn't help.

Also temperatures spiked up normaly it was 40-45 idle now it is 60 celsius

I didn't updated bios in one year but I don't think it is.

I also noticed nvidia overlay triggers terrible 1 percent lows going to 5 fps but it never was like this.

Prime 5070

Good ram DDR5 6000mhz

Lexar m2 8gbs speed

Honest question. Not a bait why unbound is such a dissapointment?

When I have built gaming pc in 2025 I was so excited to finally run it. Oh boy...

I literally had more fun with need for speed undercover in 2007 which says something. Game is buggy, driving is not smooth. Graphic is not perfect but on ultra setting 2k it takes 250+ watt on gpu. Witcher 3 doesn't even need so much!! And details from close like grass look like carboard.

There are even not fixed bugs like when your garage is too full game will have terrible stutters.

I spent only 28 hours in one year on Unbound and can't get thru it.

Asking honestly are there mods or trainers for story mode for money working in 2026? I don't really wanna waste my time grinding it

Edit. Also are there mods for music? I like few artist from list but this new school yapping is BS
