Do You Take DMSO Internally?

I know it goes internally through transdermal processes, but have you taken it orally? If so what were the results, and what way did you dose it? Do you consider it safe to take orally?

2004 Camry V6 Transmission Issues

I've had it for about 5 years. It has around 220,000 miles on the original 3.0 V6, and transmission. Trans fluid was a bit dark when I bought it, so I drained it and put in new Toyota trans fluid. It wasn't a flush, so probably half the fluid was replaced. It has gotten a bit dark again, but smells fresh still, and I haven't driven enough miles to justify another change.

What it's doing occasionally is hesitating on a particular shift, for example when slowing down to stop, and going about 5mph, but the light turns green and I give it some gas. It kind of clunks into 1st or 2nd...nothing loud. What could be the cause?

In the old days we sometimes would clean, or rebuild or replace the trans valve body. They are a maze of tiny passages with spring and ball valves. I'm thinking there could be a minor or partial clog somewhere in the valve body.

Is that my best course of action, or should I just let it go and see if it gets worse?

Letting Go Question

I practice letting go, as well as The Sedona Method release often. Last night I woke in the middle of the night with a distinct memory of a distant past time when I was deeply depressed. The feeling of that depression was not present.

I thought, if anything needs to be released, it is that depressed feeling, so I mentally welcomed it, but it would not arise. In the process of welcoming it, I fell back asleep.

So, what happened? My first guess is that perhaps that feeling has already been released. There is a slight inkling in my mind that the feeling is still there but too deeply repressed for easily welcoming it. What you you folks think?

How Do Your Friends & Family React To You Doing The Sedona Method?

So far I'm finding most people I know are just not interested in it at all. They politely listen, but ask no questions. Most think of their feelings, even past trauma as simply being themselves. Even basic psychological concepts like ego vs true self make no sense to them.

Keto and "The Munchies"

I assume everyone is familiar with THC induced munchies. I've had those who know about my keto diet ask, "What DO you eat when you get the munchies?" Well, first off I don't feel ravenously hungry like the old days before keto. If I do feel hungry I eat a keto snack or meal.

If any of you also partake of the aromatic herb, what do you eat for the "munchies"?

One of my hypothesis for people on the SAD seeking sweets after partaking is because it makes them feel tired, and the sugar is their natural pathway for energy. For us it is different.

Sedona and Somatic

Before I found out about Sedona, I was dabbling with somatic methods to deal with some lumbar and hip issues. My first attempts doing Sedona released a great deal of what was trapped in the hips and lumbar area. In somatic circles some say that trapped emotions can rise toward the mouth, perhaps to be then expressed vocally. I'm not arguing for or against vocal catharsis, but I think it may be true that subconscious stuckage can morph from pain to generalized anxiety(or anger, grief, etc).

I think that is happening to me now, so my job is to do a Sedona release on the anxiety. Prior to Sedona I would have thought I had to retrieve whatever memory caused the somatic effect and use logic to "figure it out".

Am I on the right track that Sedona facilitates and correlates with somatic work to some degree?

Insomnia

Bear with me please. Good sleep is crucial to good fitness. If you have overcome insomnia let me know what worked. I've found that if I don't exercise everyday I tend to have insomnia on the nights that I didn't exercise during the day.

Weightlifting I learned stimulates lots of wake chems in the body, so I don't do that in the evening anymore. Jogging 2-3 miles I can do just before bed with no problem.

I'd prefer to never have insomnia, but that's what works for now.

Questioning My Own Motives

Does questioning your own motives a lot happen to you? I mean, since starting Sedona. Since I started Sedona, I even dropped a long term hobby for a couple of months. There are all sorts of other things that I question as well.

The hobby I dropped was physical fitness. Of course my strength and endurance fell, but oddly I had no weight gain. I've always had weight gain when I took breaks from fitness.

Then a couple nights ago I was watching youtube, and there was a former fitness coach, that is now a spiritual coach with a video title something like, "Fat Loss Is A Spiritual Problem".

I've heard as one gets closer to true self, their body gets healthier. I guess that's what's happening to me. It would be nice if I could build muscle with Sedona(and not with lifting), but that's unlikely. If you have done that though, please report. My ego wants to know!

That's the battle and question that comes up over and over. "Why do I do this or that? Does it benefit my ego or my true self?" I've even been questioning my movie and TV series choices.

Growing Butterfly Weed From Seedlings?(Zone 6)

So, I made up a bunch of seedling cups, then germinated butterfly weed seeds and placed them in the cups. They are very slow growing even after 2 weeks. Leaves are no wider than a bb. Is this normal? I would like to see them a bit more developed before planting outside.

I'm not saying I got perfect vision, but the other day I headed to the park for a run, and it was almost as if I was seeing nature for the first time. All the colors were vibrant, and the late afternoon sun was filtering through the trees in interesting ways. Everything was just beautiful....when usually I barely notice it.

I've noticed something interesting that I haven't seen mentioned before. Since starting the method just a couple of weeks or so ago I've become more introspective in general. Many times during the day a thought may come up that has a tinge of resentment in it. I say to myself, "Hmm...where is this resentment from?", and the answer seems obvious and true right away, no matter how old it is. It can be anything from parents screeching at me to complete a chore when I was a child, to me getting overly preoccupied with recent world events. A small still voice says, "Oh your ego got that idea as a child", and "Your ego is succumbing to fear mongering." This all happens while I go about my day, and is not part of deliberate release sessions.

I'm thinking it is more of a result of having done release sessions. My subconscious then became more open to revealing the sources of resentments.
