Walking through Wakodahatchee Wetlands is always a surprise

Scorching hot down here so plenty of birds gular fluttering

Beginning the day with a clean n’ preen

Didn’t realize I’d have to pay the grackle toll when stopping at the store to use a restroom. The begging juvenile was great exploitation

They enjoyed a few unsalted peanuts before flying off , nice way to start the morning

These fish were seen just off the dock of my hotel

No more dive bombing the squirrel taking the peanuts

Maybe they’ve realized their food supply is not in danger , I’ve become essentially an unlimited supply of food

I used to feed this guy in my neighborhood park (I have clips of him on my profile) , but renovations to the area closed off the part he lived to the public for over a year , so I hadn’t seen him in a bit of time
