Just a little late on the winter project she is finally out of the garage and running. I can’t seem to get the marker lights to go all the way in.
I know it comes apart. I cannot get this thing to come apart. It’s just a snap ring you would find on a CV axle. I have tried to pump oil in it while working it back and forth. I have applied heat. Any ideas. 2005 Joyner 650 sand spider.

Took the boy out with live bait. Caught a few bass and a croppy, with some crickets and worms. Came back by myself and got this little guy with the ol spinner bait.
So I ordered the 90 degree reducers twice hoping the second part would be longer. Ended up with a straight reducer.
The winter project is getting the parts shotgun.
So I have had the new GLI for about 2 months now. I still have old 1.4L Jetta and I think I actually prefer it. The shifting feels better. The buttons are actually buttons and the power is usable. I like the power in the new one but with traffic I never really get to use it. I’m at a crossroads. Do I sell the old Jetta or put it on bags bags and have some fun. I’ve always wanted an air ride car. I thought having a 6 speed vs a 5 speed would be better but the gears are long in the GLI. First can take you to 40 and 2nd to 80.
So today I was seated with somebody who had a carry on dog. It would not stop barking so she kept feeding it in an attempt to stop. It did not, but at least the treats smelled like shit. I’m Sure it was nice smelling for the dog but not me. It did not fit under seat in front of her. Instead it got to shake on my leg the whole time. So the airline got an extra $150 from her at my inconvenience. I just want $100.
