How do you avoid chinese servers?

Or just, any non official server if possible. I just wanna play some l4d2 but man everytime I go quick match or even when I choose a map to play its always that one map that you just cant get away from, Like id try to pick hard rain, cold stream or something but i keep being sent to death toll for example. Is there anything I can do to play some normal game?
