With the imminent release of the new Oak Street film and its feathered sauropods… the topic of sauropod trunks from the 1970s and 1980s may well resurface.
This theory argues that the nostrils on their skulls were positioned so high up because they would have had muscles and a trunk to (for example) pick up leaves, just as an elephant would. However, I’ve always maintained that if evolution gives you a 15-metre neck (Mamenchisaurus), a trunk doesn’t make sense.

Spider-Man poster in the Ghanaian style
Ghana is home to a unique approach to movie poster design. From what I can tell, it involves searching the title of the movie on Google Images, optionally looking into the plot of the movie, and then following your heart.
It looks like this artist decided to place Maguire's Spider-Man at the top of an Amazing Spider-Man poster with Garfield's Spider-Man squished between 70s Japanese Spider-Man and, of course, Batman.
