Hungarian M53 helmet btw (wit a custom and awful helmet net)
Sorry for belt etiquette
Edit: Firstly, I know gun safety, but considering that the gun cannot shoot (with no gas or bbs, and the gun being set to safe, so even if my finger was on the trigger I wouldn't be able to pull the trigger), me and my friend were fine with waving it around in a private space. Secondly, I wasn't trying to professionally reload, I was doing it in general and I asked my friend to record and he decided to edit it into a sort of meme, that's the only reason I posted this on here ("circlejerk" not "milsim"). Thirdly, this is my friend's kit, so yes the belt/harness wasn't optimized for me (I'm right handed and he's left handed). Uhhh 4th-ly, jeez some of y'all are harsh, like to those actually giving advice thanks, but it's not like I have military experience to be able to pull clean reloads. I've been in airsoft for about a few years but I've only played like 2 games, but even then I do quite well. I have an AK and I can perfectly reload it unlike some of my friends (even with more airsoft experience) so when you hand someone a new platform, don't expect it to be perfect. Criticism is completely fine but it feels like I've posted this on an actual gun subreddit and if so that makes sense, but airsoft? C'mon, have fun with it. ((Also I covered my face because I worried that a bunch of older men would criticise me, and that actually happened 🥀) This is not to say that everyone is older than me or a man but that's what I imagined with good reasoning, since at my airsoft site that fits my description).
Hello, I'm based in the UK for airsoft, so for any advice it would be preferable that it fits with UK laws, costs etc. Thanks.
I am planning on getting the Classic Army G3A3 from Patrol Base for around £210, and from my research it looks like a great airsoft gun that fits my budget, but I still have some questions regarding things like attachments and magazines. (So unless there's some major flaws in the gun currently, then a warning would be appreciated).
In terms of magazines, I've found some JG (metal) high cap magazines and from my research they seem to fit well with the CA G3 as well as being sold for around £13 each so that also fits my budget. But I'm still wondering if there are better choices than JG.
But I also have a set of optics that I'd like to use, but I want to be sure I have the best choice for a claw mount (optic mount) so that it's long enough to hold the optics. And for the mount I'm willing to spend £30, but maybe more if the quality justifies the cost.
This is something I'm less interested or concerned about, but any recommendations for a sling would be appreciated, but depending on costs I may also buy a surplus G3 (leather) sling.
Thanks for reading and providing any advice!
Went to a museum today and it was very fun, so why not post some photos as well? 😁 There's a lot of guns and bombs so idk if I can show a lot on this subreddit 😭 but the museum is the 'Combined Military Services Museum' in England, UK.

(Reload comes in at 00:13 in the video) I was messing around in the firing range and I unexpectedly got a secret reload for the Mosin', and it looked pretty cool and I genuinely thought it was a normal reload until i noticed it seemed a bit too strange, lol. Thankfully I had Xbox "clip 30 sec ago" to actually prove this🙏
