Feeling defeated

I have been studying Mira Ovulation Test results as a whole from May 24 (cycle day 1) to yesterday June 15 (cycle day 23). I usually test everyday. It seems like I most likely ovulated somewhere around cycle day 13-14 (June 5-6) if the surge is visible on cycle day 11. However, I’m struggling mentally because I’m technically supposed to get my period anywhere between June 18-20th but my levels keep going up and down.

I know it’s only the first month but I have all the physical symptoms of either pre-period (but my levels aren’t showing any signs of pre-period, I could be wrong though) or implantation. I just don’t know because if I’m now 10-11 DPO…when would I possibly expect to have any idea of which way it’s gonna go if my levels are still elevated but a pregnancy test is negative?

I just don’t know what to expect or if this is normal? Can someone on the same “path” explain all this to me? This is the first month I’m on Letrozole 2.5 and the first month I have actually TTC. Input from fellow ladies (besides my OB) would be great!

First month on Letrozole 2.5mg

TTC with PCOS

Newly diagnosed with PCOS and I’m 30.

TTC and literally having the hardest time because of anovulation (it seems) and periods coming and going. I’m starting a pill to help me ovulate.

But I could use some tips on TTC with PCOS. Been trying almost a year now and having no luck.

Currently taking Medroxyprogesterone to have a period and then I’ll be starting Femara (Letrozole) 2.5 mg to help ovulate but not sure if it’s gonna help.
