In this day and age, social media is essentially the ONLY way to grow service based businesses for artists, and services.

Millions of creators use Instagram every day to sell their work to their clients, to put food on their tables. Some even start businesses, with LLC’s attached to their account, and have employees who work for the business to provide for their family.

Then one day, your account gets disabled. No reason. No email. And NO customer support, and NO human interaction. This is malpractice and deceptive business, especially with Instagram advertising their platform as “a way for artists and services to grow their business.”

Why do we accept as hardworking Americans, that these Mega-conglomerates can play around with your entire business like a toy and use faulty AI to disable your account?

I am calling for HUGE REFORM so that social platforms LEGALLY MUST have an actual human be the one to disable an account, with FULL TRANSPARENCY through the entire process, with GUARANTEED human customer support throughout the process of recovery of an account if disabled for some reason.

AI LEGALLY SHOULD NOT MANAGE HUMANS! WE ARE NOT SHEEP AND OUR LIVELIHOOD IS NOT A TOY TO BE PLAYED WITH.

Across all of my ad accounts, the customer support chat/schedule phone call has disappeared. I no longer have access to ANY support about anything.

Is this because of the 8000 layoffs that just happened?

The IP we have so far that I would have to work with, which is halted for lack of success on the last Killzone Shadowfall game, has so much wasted and untapped potential that it would be a behemoth amongst modern FPS games like call of duty, battlefield, whatever the slop is these days.

I could manage, market, and design a Killzone game reboot and competely obliterate all the other multiplayer shooter games on the market

Call of duty is trash

Battlefield 6 is trash

Halo infinite is trash

I will be happy to lead a studio and have design authority over the entire game from UI, gameplay, art direction, animation direction, functionality, map design, microtransactions (actual good gear/cosmetics that players will actually want to buy, not hello kitty pink slop), etc.

I understand gaming from a gamer’s perspective, but I also understand business from an investor’s perspective.

I can 100% fulfill the balance of both 10/10 game, and 10/10 business profit.
