What are the coolest websites you have seen from a realty company?
So many corporate, blue suit, standardized websites out there. Which ones break the pattern?

No one talks about where to sit down and grab dessert at all!
I’ll start:
Illata’s brown butter tart is crazy good
I come here often and leave with only pastries….
Tried a couple of different things. They had some cool offerings like Oreo bread or matcha pineapple bread. Everything was a bit butter/oil heavy. The egg tart was not my favorite. Great pastry exterior, the filling was a bit eggy. Experience 7.6/10
Feel like there’s always a “wait, X closed?” post buried somewhere here after the fact.
Figured I’d start a running thread instead, drop what you’re seeing:
📍 Neighborhood, Name, Closed/Opening, how you know (drove by, staff told you, permit posted, etc)
Also, if you know a spot that’s struggling or on its way out, worth flagging that too. Maybe we can all band together and give them a boost before they’re gone.
I’ll start:
- Olde Kensington - Manna Bakery is opening at 110 w Berks sometime soon
- Northern Liberties - don’t know what concept, but I do see a good amount of construction in the old Anejo restaurant currently
Maybe a $30 option and a $50 option?
Hello! I’ll be driving down to Charleston this weekend from Myrtle Beach. Any must-see, must-eats along the route?
Looking for 10 lbs of breasts. Any providers you like to go to specifically?
