I made a nerds cluster lookalike lighter cover for my friend’s birthday

Girl loves nerds clusters (the pink bag specifically) and I just had to make this for her!

Made by wrapping lighter in aluminum foil, then putting layer of red polymer clay followed by creating tiny dots of corresponding polymer clay and individually placing each one until the density was similar on an actual nerds cluster.
Removed the lighter and then baked at 275 degrees for 20 minutes. Let it cool to room temp and slid the lighter into it. The slight shrinkage from baking makes it a press fit!

Edit: it’s a generic gas station bic lighter inside the cover. My hands are super small (I’m 4’10”)and they make the lighter look weirdly large. :”)

Update: I added some more “normal” hand sized photos in the comments…looking at my original photos my hands do make it look like a giga-lighter lmao

Airbnb glamping tent host did not disclose we would be staying on a farm. The tent we are staying in is maybe 20 feet from a chicken coop, and 4 roosters have been crowing since 3:45 am. The bathrooms listed on her Airbnb page you have to drive to…AITAH for asking for a refund?

I am staying in what was advertised as a “glamping” tent on Airbnb. Drove to a hike and it took longer than expected and just needed to crash. I found this cute little Airbnb and was delighted. Despite her being a fairly new host, I was excited to give her business and help her launch her little place. What she did not disclose and I think she DEFINITELY should have was this:

1.) the bathrooms are not within what I would say is walking distance. It’s about a 10 minute walk to them-she herself recommended driving to them, but they were included as if they were right next to the tents.

2.) the (5) tents are inside of a greenhouse. They basically touch each other and what I thought was an open camping space is most definitely not. I could hear my neighbors snoring.

3.) she did not disclose that this Airbnb was on a farm. I can sleep through little duck quacks. That’s fine. I love a farm. However there are (at least) 4 roosters within 20 feet of this tent that have been crowing since 3:45am incessantly.

Anyway, I had wanted to help her, but I really find this whole experience regrettable and I would never recommend anyone stay here. I’d like to ask for a refund, AITAH?

90s Charm bracelet?

I’m really into 90s/2000s fashion and found this bracelet/anklet at a thrift store for $5! I looooove it and was wondering if anyone had any information on when it could have been made originally. It looks very 90s/early 2000s to me. It’s also REALLY heavy. Like heavier than any jewelry I own, which is surprising for its size (it’s maybe MAYBE 7.5” long?) . I’d love to know if anyone might be able to share some more information. Thank you!! :)

All my blooming flowers were cut from my yard.

I have a front yard that borders a sidewalk. We have several gladiolus that bloom in the early summer that are very pretty-I generally try and leave them so everyone can enjoy them as they walk by. Two days ago, I took these lovely photos. The next day, I went to check if any more had bloomed and they had all been cut. My dad is my neighbor, so I asked if they had cut them for their house. If they wanted to enjoy them, fine. But they said they hadn’t, and I am so frustrated! I would not ever cut someone else’s flowers for my house, much less ALL OF THEM. Who does that?!?

Edit: I live in the middle of a city-two blocks from a train. I very much doubt a deer would be there.

Update: Will post photos of how they were cut. To me, it was a very clean and obvious scissor cut but I could be wrong.

Edit: Will also make sure they’re not on the pavement, several of the plants of my neighbors also do this so I didn’t see it as an issue, but I understand.

Update: I looked at the flowers to check for more of a chomp, and honestly, I think it WAS some sort of animal. The more I looked I realized it was only the flowers that were taken/eaten with the stem left intact. Needless to say, they were very cleanly removed/eaten. Maybe a squirrel??? Thank you for everyone’s suggestions!! I hope the animal enjoyed them, whatever they were hahaha.

House of CB Ysabella Dress XS

I (4’10” , 90 lbs, 23.5”-24” waist) ordered the Ysabella dress from house of CB in xs but was concerned it would be too large (typically I’m xxs, and I tailor nearly everything I own myself in some way) but I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. I feel SO SEEN!! If you are considering a dress for an event I highly recommend!!! The corset is the perfect snatch-ness without being too tight and as someone who struggles with finding something like this I can’t recommend it more! I will say, it is still too long…but I have short legs so that was expected…just wanted to share for others that might struggle with finding the same-I am so happy and hope this is a helpful reccomendation!! 🥹🥹🥹

Revit view title family that automatically changes scale based on view scale?

I am an electrical designer looking for a way to create a view title that has a scale that is associated with the view scale. Ideally, it would automatically change which scale is visible based on the scale of the view. Has anyone managed to do this successfully? I would love some advice! Thank you!
