I’m concerned my gf (25f), may have got cellulitis from bug bite during our trip

In Vietnam, My gf (25f) got bug bite on leg that’s getting worse (first noticed (08/14).

Symptoms she’s been feeling: nausea started last few hours. Site is painful to touch like a bruise. Itchy at all times. Redness spreading

We fly in to da nang tmrw, does anyone recommend a hospital best suited for foreigners?

Tips on how to find a reliable fiduciary?

I’m in the Bay Area and my grandmother recently retired, she asked me to help her find a financial advisor. I’ve never done this myself so I just wanted tips on how to find a local trustworthy fiduciary who I can connect with my grandmother. Sorry if this post does not fit the subs requirements, I figured I would start my search here

So this is the base of my wart after compound W application and scraping/cutting off the top with a nail clipper

Am I supposed to reapply the compound w to the exposed flesh?

This past month I passed 75k invested :)

I’m curious to know how long it took others to hit the following investment milestones (from the point of their first dollar invested): $100k, $250k, 500k, 750k, 1m, 2m, 3m. I started investing February 2024. Hoping to hit 100k before 2026 is over. I turn 28 soon would love to get to $250k by 30 but probably too unrealistic

Does Korean air, Asiana, Vietnam airlines care if middle name is omitted from boarding pass for international travel?

flying out of USA, booked via capital one travel. for my partner i didn't include a middle name cuz the travel profile didn't have a place for it. Now after further research I fear this could cause complications due to discrepancy between passport and boarding pass. i contacted capital one travel agent and they said they would reach out to the airlines on my behalf. but just wanted to see if anyone had this happen before and if so did the above airlines care if middle name was omitted?

Sadly I jumped the gun when purchasing wc tickets at Levi’s, wanted to know how much sun to expect in my section

I forgot to do my due diligence in checking sun exposure for my seat. It’s in section 226, 5pm kick off for ro32 World Cup game on July 1. Will I be in direct sunlight for most of the match do you think?

Any way to change date of jury duty after already utilizing one time general postponement?

I got hit with jury duty for end of June, I pushed it off to the latest date I could which is mid September. Stupidly I forgot my cousins wedding is the same week I pushed the date to. So now I want to change date again. I submitted a specific postponement request a few days ago, typically how long should I be waiting to hear back? How would they contact me for further information about my request?

What do I need to do to file passport card reissue?

Here is a previous post of mine for context: https://www.reddit.com/r/Passports/s/L3iGNV7WcW

I never received my passport card. I called and this was the emailed steps I got:

To request a reissue at no cost, submit the following by mail within 120 days from the date the passport was issued:

  1. Form DS-86, which can be found and completed online at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply/forms.html or at an Acceptance Facility.

  2. Photocopy of the front and back of the photo identification.

I just want to clarify what photo identification are they asking for? The photo I sent with my original application is with them. All I got back from them is my old passport, new passport, and supporting documents for name change. Should I photo copy my new passport? I want to make sure they don’t disable my new passport, I just want to recieve the passport card I paid for. I am US based in California.

Passport renewal timeline question

So I applied for passport renewal and passport card (never had passport card before). I did this by mail (had to fill out a name change/correction form)

They stated they received the application April 7, I ended up getting my new passport maybe 1-2 weeks ago, can’t remember exact date. today I got my old passport and supporting document back.

But I still haven’t received my new passport card. Is this normal? I had a call with them today and they confirmed to me that the new passport card was shipped out the same day as my new passport (but separately) on April 23.

They emailed me step by step process to retry the passport card process. But they said if I do that, then the original passport card that was sent out would be invalid. Should I wait it out longer to see if it turns up? Or do you think it’s just got lost in the mail?

Edit: US passport, based in California
