MR762A4 13" Assaulter

Like shooting a heavy, overgassed AR15; love this thing.

13"MR762 Upper Has Arrived

Have the MR762A1 pictured top, and have the 16.5 A4, but wanted the assaulter to mess around with. Now the debate is to sell off the A1 LRP upper, sell the A4 16.5" upper, or keep both and have extra parts.

Choose Wisely

Or don't, I don't care. Here are a couple AR15 SBRs and an imposter.

The Best .45 Ever Made and the 1911

I kid; love both, especially some HK, but the 1911 is a sweet shooter that is hard to not to put a smile on your face.

The Favorite Child

It's a good thing I really like this, cause they're way too expensive. MR556A4

Final Scary Gun

Said screw it and picked up a last minute Kuna and a handful of mags; I was missing my SP5 I got rid of last year in exchange for an MR556. Was concerned about delays with VSP (although I never have been), and cleared in seconds. Already had the other accessories so time to go zero this week.

Current Carry Guns

Love me some P30 but the summer months it can get tricky to conceal. I prefer everything about the VP9CC over my CC9 (which is still great), except for my slide bite issue. Tried a couple different temporary reliefs, and after looking hard at my specific problem, came up with this. Cut the beavertail portion off of a hougue rubber grip for the hellcat and glued it on the small/beavertail VP9CC backstrap. It keeps my hand just below where it originally sat without getting bit. No I've never owned a hellcat; yes I bought the grip specifically for cutting it up as an experiment because I'm a goddamn wildman.

Going strong without a single issue, got its first cleaning yesterday. I added some velcro to the underside of the beavertail to get the web of my hand lower ever so slightly, to get the slide to stop biting me. It seemed to do the trick but I'd like a better looking/more permanent solution at some point. Really happy with it and while I don't think the upgrade from the CC9 is worth it financially, if you're an HK fan boy and a paddle guy, this one is for you.
