Would 3000$ be enough for 2.5 weeks Patagonia?

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I am thinking of going to Patagonia with my girlfriend in November. She already planned this trip before we were together, and now I am thinking whether or not I should join her. My main concern is how expensive it really is, cause I don't think I am able to afford it.

I want to keep my budget for 2.5 weeks Patagonia at MAX 3000$ (this is my own budget, for me alone - so let's say 6000$ together).

Do you think this is realistic concerning we go together and might share some of the accommodations and food costs?

Also this would be all-inclusive for me. It's the money I am able to spend, so included my own flights, half of the accommodation costs, food, etc...

Do you think MO is overvalued at 65$?

I want to start holding MO for its high divident.

I don't know much about the company and how they are doing.

Do you think I should just buy 100 shares to get the quarterly divident, or do you think it's better just to wait a bit more.

Thanks so much.

What's the hardest part of being a digital nomad?

I am wondering what everyone thinks.

After 10 years on the road, on and off, I am missing a little purpose/meaning in my life.

So much behind as a 36M

Guess just a small rant, but I feel so much behind as a 36 year old male, just starting to take investing seriously since January.

If I wouldn't have focused on so much hedonistic pleasures like partying and drinking alcohol (probably my biggest hole in my wallet from a finance perspective), I would have been so much further.

I see people in their 20s so much further from a finance perspective in life. I could have had 200k if I sold my Ethereum/crypto like a couple years back instead of trying to short sell/gamble meme coins.

Trying to get to 20k by end of this year. So at least I will be 1/5th of this journey. Hope to get there in 3 years ideally to 100k.

How to monitor AI performance as an SEO agency?

Hey,

My boss has a lot of clients that are asking "what are we doing for AI".

I am sure this question is relatable for a lot of freelancers and SEO agencies.

We are both getting frustrated by this question, since we believe doing great SEO is still the standard and will help with the overall quality, even for LLMs and AI.

That said, I am curious what kind of tools agencies use to monitor AI performance (so our clients can actually see improvements ans are not bothering us with this same question over and over).

Thanks

Me and him are both getting frustrated by this question. Good SEO will always be compatible with optimizing for AI we both believe.

That said, I am curious what kind of tools agencies use to monitor AI performance (so our clients can chill out a bit about this whole AI thing).

Thanks

How did you met your filipina in real life?

Last year, I went for the first time to the Philippines and loved it. Just stayed in Manila, Dumaguete, Cebu and Bohol since it was a short trip. Best experience was definitely on Bohol, so probably next time I should go to lesser touristic areas.

I am single, and made the mistake of using dating apps. Tons of matches. Multiple 100s in Manila alone. BUT I made the mistake of focusing too much on this, and probably missed out on a lot of real life experiences. Dating apps I guess is hard since you need to filter A LOT.

Next time I want to focus on just travel, since it was a massive waste of time.

I am curious. Anyone here met their filipina girlfriend/wife by traveling and happenstance?? Share me your stories :) I am just curious

Anyone else tired of dating apps?

I've been traveling for a while, mostly in LATAM.

Dating apps still seem to work great here for meeting women. But am I the only one who gets frustrated to not be able to find a serious relationship on it?

I know people use it more for casual things, so I rather hear about people that have found a serious relationship on dating apps abroad.

I feel like the time spend on it, could be used way more productive. It's starting to feel more like an addiction, same way social media is addicting.

I feel like in most touristic places in the world (I am in Mexico City), these dating apps have been used by pretty much every foreigner and we are just chatting up the same girls over and over (a bit direct, but probably true). Many women I've dated through Bumble for example have been dating plenty of foreigners, even before I arrive.

For a traditional relationship, are dating apps still worth the effort?

Alguien jalas?

Saludos

Where do you live when you go back home (30+ people)?

I am a digital nomad by heart, usually traveling in Mexico and enjoying life.

I am a family person though and go back quite often to my country, so I don't miss out on major events.

For people that do the same: Where do you usually stay when you go back? Do you have a base in your home country?

I've been doing this digital nomad lifestyle for 10 years almost (just turned 36 years), and I am happy I can go back to my parents place, but I feel like a kid again when I go there and spend a month at their place.

I was thinking about buying a (small) studio in my own country, but real estate is expensive in my country in Europe, and I'd probably pay 1000 euros a month for the next 15 years.

So how do you usually do this?

Changing Temporary Residency (4-Year Valid) to Permanent Residency

This year, I will go to the process of changing my temporary residency to permanent residency, since my 4-year period is almost over.

To be safe, I will do the process in the same INM where I registered the temporary residency (in Mazatlan).

How does the process look like?

For example, I don't remember what address I used to apply for my temporary residency. Will this be an issue? I think it was the address of my ex's appartment, but it might have been a hotel or AirBnb too.

Anywhere I can find this info online (I did the process in the office, so as far as I know, I don't have any live documentation anymore).

Thanks for any help you can provide for people that have done the same!
