Been playing a more agressive style build with Voli lately and I love it. Actually seems like you have more carry potential with this.
I go DnD - Shojin - Statik and then depends. If i'm behind or we have no tank, I go full tank. If i'm fed I keep going damage with like Gunblade.
Patch is live but when you are in game, there are no changes to the passive? Is it just a bug?
I've tried a couple of AD xin with sundered and black cleaver first two items and i've lost them all or barely scrape by.
On the other hand, if I build AP xin with statik, DnD and like Death's dance I win. Am I crazy?
I play jungle and all I see is AD Xin.
So I don't think I'll ever get better stat than this, reckon I'll ask... But i haven't really use this rune before, so i'm not sure if it's really good? The gold earned seems pretty decent and it was a game where I was pretty fed.

I mean when you shoot the vfx coming out of the cylinder. It is way too big and hinder visibility when trying to shoot ennemies that aren't very close range.
Thye could reduce it or make it that we hold the minigun "lower" so it appears lower on the screen.
My FOV is 120 btw.
