Taken on a hike around Chesterfield Gorge in SW New Hampshire. Not the mossiest, but I like the interplay of moss and the features of these boulders. Especially cool is the one with the strongly visible quartz seams.

In further news, I’m adapting to the high fiber, high legume diet after a couple months. Less gassy! Everyone around me is, no doubt, happy at this development.

Korean rice cakes, store bought but I’ve been looking at videos and will start making at home. Sauce made from water, mushroom soy sauce, peanut butter, cornstarch, maple syrup, chili crisp. Topped with scallions, sesame oil, black sesame seeds.
