I wonder if PC keeps all the bodies of his victims in the same room where he dragged Bobby (right next to the laundry/nest room) or if he just leaves them in random areas of the backrooms

I think it's pretty obvious this is the room where Pirate Clark and the Still Lifes of Kat and Bobby were born

The room clearly represent one of the times where Clark and his employees were filming the store's commercial: we have the captain's chair, the parrot and the employees' shoes pointing towards the chair.

As we know, PC is a Still Life and not an entity, but I don't think he's always been the way he is.

Here's my theory: Him and the Still Lifes of Kat and Bob were created in this room and just stood there for how knows how long because they were like the other Still Lifes, but more time the backrooms spent analyzing Clark, because he's always been so close to them, more PC started gaining his "personality" and ways, and when he became completely active, he ate Bobby and Kat's copies and then started moving in the backrooms.
