Diet Help

I'm new to this. Could anyone give me any simple high protein / low carb meal prep ideas. I need to elevate my protein game, keeping the carbs low (type 2 diabetic).

How to get good Avocados

I LOVE Avocados. But the struggle to find good ones is real. I'm in North Georgia. The Grocery Stores and Latino Markets are hit and miss. They're hard as rocks or mushy already. I sometimes have to wait a week for them to ripen and then in about 2 days they are brown and nasty on the inside. I guess I said all that to say this: is there a way to way speed up the ripening process?

Reasonable Peptide Testing

Can anyone recommend a US lab that I could get some powder tested? I'm looking for something reasonable priced. I'm not trying to spend $300 - $400 testing $250 worth of peptides. I know you get what you pay for, but my God, that's rediculous.

My Dad

My Dad is 80yrs old. He has bad Shoulders, Hips and Knees. Mostly due to Arthritis. Do y'all think an anti-aging / rejuvenation stack of some sort would help him, or is it probably just to late and too much damage done.

Sunflower Oil

So I have super-sensitive skin. I wear sunscreen everyday. I have yet to find a facial cleanser strong evough to remove the sunscreen without irritating my skin. I read Sunflower Oil is good to break it down and remove it without stripping your moisture barrier. We'll, that sounds fantastic, but then what do you use to clean all the oil off of your face? Any info, ideas or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Face Bath

Hello all. I've struggled with Rosacea for a Long time. I don't get postules. I have the type where I have general redness. Worse on my cheeks and nose. Also have the little visible veins. Like many, I have tried a million things that didn't really help. I recently came across an add in IG for a Face Bath. I'm not gonna post it, but it's a plastic container basically with a breathing tube. You put ice and water in it, submerge you face and breathe through the tube for a minute or two. I've been researching it and have found alot of conflicting info whether it's good or bad for rosacea. Has anyone heard of this, tried it, or have opinions? Any other advice is welcome also. Thanks.
