For the north one, theres established communities on both sides of the line and would have more ridership. It would have had a stronger business case than the SE one where one side of the line is just industrial areas.

My understanding is that as a Canadian, I would only get the letter of acceptance right now from migrationsverket and later once I am in Sweden I would do the biometrics + photo and get a physical card?
