Hi, I've won 15 matches on Mirage but I'm not ranking up.

As the text says, I’ve been stuck in Silver 1 and can’t rank up... I win more than I lose—I even won 3 or 4 in a row while contributing to the team—but nothing happens; it’s impossible. I hope someone can help me; I don’t know if it’s a bug or something like that...
