Bike Shop - Beginner Friendly

Do we have any bike shops in the area that offer used bikes and are known for being beginner-friendly as opposed to upselling?

Cat Hammock Automation

Looking for ideas on how to automate this folding cat hammock that suctions to the window. We are gearing up to install smart blinds, and we’d love for the cat bed to automatically open or close based on the position of the blinds.

Sulfur Smell - Toilet - Where to start?

3yr old house, sulfur smell every morning coming from most likely, the toilet in the half bath in the lowest floor.

After a couple flushes, and a few minutes to air out, the smell fades. Comes back every 18-24 hours.

The general consensus of the internet seems to be either the wax ring or the tank. Where do you start and how do you narrow down which one to try fixing first?

Question - Pet Owners

Hello! Moving to Denver this weekend from IL and was wondering how long it normally takes for pets to adjust to the altitude and the dryness. We’ve got a fairly active, small cat and want to make sure we are accurately addressing her behavior.

Thanks!

Blankenburg/Achan

In an attempt to distract myself from the doomers… where are we at with Blankenburg vs Ahcan going in to next season?

Currently I sit 100% with Blankenburg, but I’d love to hear what folks think Ahcan did well.

Question - Crown Molding - Hiding LEDs

Hello! We have a townhome where the living, dining, and kitchen are one floor, open plan. Would it look strange to add crown molding in just the living room?

We are looking at doing hidden LED strips for ambient light. Hence, the crown molding idea for hiding the strips.

On the hunt for a 63” - 71” inch wide, 1” thick wood toned desk that comes with matching drawers that can go on either side and runs under $400. I keep getting so close, but can never check all the boxes.

Do you know of a similar product?

Love this style and concept with the open shelves and some drawers, but would like to switch the side for a back to back L configuration.

Do you know of any similar products that offer reversible configurations?
