Claude CLI, Opus 5, keep running into API "Safeguard" errors

The work I'm doing is purely scientific programming that's related to weather research. Over the past two days I've frequently run into the following error: 

API Error: Opus 5 (1M context)'s safeguards flagged this message

allow us to deliver more capabilities faster, but can sometimes flag

If I simply say "try again" it works sometimes, but there doesn't seem to be any way to see what's triggering it.

Another thing: if I ask for a handoff prompt, I might have to fight the API error a few times, but if I start a new session with the handoff prompt, I don't get the API errors for a while -- seems to be context window related.

reliable task completion monitoring?

Using CLI in WSL2: How can I get Claude to reliably monitor a task and report back when it's finished? It always claims that it's got a watch of some sort set and will let me know when it's finished, but it rarely does it well. I'll be looking at 'top' and seeing nothing is running, then ask Claude for an update, it's like "oh, it's finished, anyway..."

severely sunburned guy near Las Olas beach

I was walking down Beach to go to CVS and saw a white guy who was severely sunburned -- like needs medical attention. He seemed dazed / out of it, a bit unkempt, possibly homeless. Walking with his arms bent awkwardly. I tried to stop and talk to him, but he just kind of mumbled some things and walked away. I called non-emergency and they seemed completely disinterested. I don't know if they ever sent anyone.

I hope he was able to get the help that he needed. I have never seen a sunburn that severe before.

Looking for a place (restaurant/bar/venue) that I can byob and hang out with some colleagues. It's hard to find up-to-date information for byob spots, most of it is during COVID or for newly opened places in 2019.

single car pullouts facing a river in the area?

I have an elderly relative who is mobility limited, but he loves sitting and watching rivers. For the Patapsco, along River Road outside of OEC there used to be single-car pullouts where you could drive your car and park facing the river. These don't seem to exist or have been removed (?). Looking for something similar, shady little pullout that's facing a river in the area.

Looking for a longer leather jacket, dark brown, matte finish

I really don't like shiny (patent) leather, I prefer a "matte" but smooth finish. Not a fan of large external pockets or visible zippers.

In K's jacket in Bladerunner 2049 is pretty close to the length, style, and finish, but I'm not a fan of the heavy fur-lined collar. (I realize this wasn't a leather jacket, just that length (or a bit shorter) and cut looks good to me).

Price range: < $800 USD.

Open to suggestions or alternative recommendations. Thanks!

I keep missing the Steam sales for the base game

Every once in a while the game goes on sale on Steam for like $4.99 or $12.99, but somehow I always miss it (even though it's on my wish list). Is there a clear pattern of sales that I can set a calendar notification to check?
