32F About to go get some Colombian or Mexican food for lunch 🌮 😋
3rd time on this equipment - slower and more controlled movements
I did try the movement where I extended my legs straight out and moved them up and down slowly. That was HARD. 😅 Thanks for the tips and advice though. Always open to new ideas. 💪🏻
Side plank with the giant ball
Trying to target core and glutes so I can get my Hawaii beach bod. This side plank with the giant ball was harder than it looks (for me anyways). Took a minute to squeeze my core and legs enough to stabilize and balance the ball. My trainer was laughing. 😆
Royal blue nails. I really love this color. 💙 Thanks to Yuri.
If you work out regularly, you can pretty much eat whatever you want (in moderation). 😉💪🏻
Bánh xèo
I don’t make this often, but I always get a nice crispy texture. I had shrimp too. I just didn’t take a picture of it. 😋 👌🏻
Beef & shrimp cooked in butter and wrapped in spring rolls 👌🏻
Anyone else’s family eat this on the regular? I grew up eating this dish pretty often, but I haven’t made it in years. A spring roll dish with beef and shrimp cooked on a buttered grill, dipped in mắm nêm (fermented fish sauce with pineapple). 😋 I made this meal for myself 2 weeks ago during a power outage. All the prep work was done by flashlight and candles. Luckily, my power came on after 3 hours just in time so I was able to use my electric griddle. Otherwise, I would’ve cooked the proteins on the gas stove.
Eggo strawberry waffle 🧇 with honey for late night snack
This was so nostalgic. 😌 Brought back middle school vibes. Anybody else grew up on Eggo waffles and mini pancakes? 🥞
I made mì (egg noodles) soup
This bowl of noodle soup was life at 10 PM last night. 😋
Keep pushing and everything will be okay 👌🏻😌(F32)
