Airbnb Not Paying Host. Cancel Upcoming Guests or No? [US]

Airbnb owes me a good deal of money (~$3000) in unpaid, completed reservations and has paused payment on all future reservations.

They claim I need to :

"Add your payout and account information"

I have added this information several times in the past month or so to no avail.

I can't even "add information" anymore because my information has already been added, so the page where I'm supposed to add it is just "frozen." It just shows a picture of some cartoon character that shows I've added it.

I've spoken with several Airbnb "customer service" agents, and also on the Airbnb "customer service" messaging area... they just tell me the issue has been "escalated" to a "Specialized Team Member"...

I haven't heard back from them in 3 days.

When I call and ask to speak with a Supervisor, I get put on hold for 20 minutes and then get automatically disconnected... this has happened 3 times.

I have a group of 13 guests who are supposed to be checking in within a couple of days... what should I do?

I'd hate to leave them without a place to stay, but having to pay to have the almost 5000 s/f home cleaned is almost $500 every time (I lose money on the "Cleaning Fees"). There's also the massive cost of the guests running the A/C for days on end during the almost 100-degree weather... It's not cheap to air-condition a 5000 s/f home.

What to do?

I have more guests expected the weekend after that and the weekend after that, etc.

Any suggestions?

I have been with Airbnb (as a "Superhost") for 11 years... my banking information is exactly the same as it was when I joined Airbnb, 11 years ago. Nothing has changed.

Thank you in advance for any information anyone can provide to resolve this issue.

Accidently Missed Dose, but stronger effects... Why?

I left for a trip, 3+ days ago, and I was supposed to take my next shot the night of Day 1 of my trip, but I left my Tirz on my counter at home... (thank goodness there was only 1 dose left in it)

I'm on 10mg, 5mg twice a week.

I thought by now I would have zero appetite suppression, but the opposite is true...

Now, I have a lot more suppression, bloating, gas, reflux, etc., than usual. But... I have more energy. It's just not making any sense.

(I've never lost "Food Noise"/Cravings, so that's not a factor either way)

I track my shots, etc., on Glapp (I know it's not an exact science), and my levels are much lower, so shouldn't the Tirz be working LESS, not more?

Maybe 10mg is too high? So confused.

(Ignore the early July date on the graph, where it dips; I got sick and skipped my shots that week.)

Thoughts...

Fire Zone Evacuation and my GLP1s

So I'm evacuated from my home due to the Spokane Complex Wild Fires and have been for over a week.

We had very little notice, so I grabbed the kids, some of their stuff, pets, some documents, etc... and a bottle of Tirz I had left from Pom.

Priorities, huh?😂

We're bouncing around from friends to family, etc., (but you know what they say about guests and fish after 3 days...lol)

Hoping to score a hotel room soon, but with almost 70,000 evacuated and they just brought in 2000+ new Firefighters, a hotel room is looking doubtful.

I've been dragging around this 1 vial of Tirz for a week, some refrigeration here and there, but nothing consistent. It's been pierced a couple of times. Not sure if it's still good or not; checking for floaters.

I'm going to run out soon, and I see Pom has some good deals going.

Think they would ship me some more to a P.O Box?

Or even just to my home address, where it will get re-routed to the Post Office by FedEx, UPS, etc. (The National Guard is not letting any vehicles in), and I could pick it up at the Post Office.

(Yes, I know I could have it shipped to a friend, but they're not delivering to some of those areas, as well)

Maybe we should only post about Deals/Promo that are still available?🤷🏻‍♀️

I love a great deal...

But, as the title states, maybe just post about deals, promos, coupons, etc., for deals that are actually still available for people to use?

Posting about expired deals, etc., that are no longer available is just not, well... maybe just no.

Driving people to a telehealth website that is no longer offering the deal is just helping the website with clicks (algorithm) and encouraging them to sell more Tirz at full price... which discourages that website from offering more deals, coupons, etc.

Websites will only offer discounts when they're NOT getting a lot of business... not when they have a lot of business.

What are FSA privacy cards with no authorized uses? 🤔

I keep seeing people writing about how they used these cards to avoid getting charged for a "subscription" plan they signed up for, for a 1 month, but no longer want it.

Are they different from just "Locking" your credit or debit card?

So what is a "FSA" card, and where do you get them?

TIA.

Appetite Suppression in the Morning-Hungry by Noon+the Rest of the Day-Can I "Reverse" this?

I'm doing 5.0mg every 5 days now. I was injecting every week, but I was struggling on days 5 and 6 with no appetite suppression at all.

So, on the suggestion of the "seasoned pros" here (and the ok from my PCH), I switched to every 5 days. It's helped a lot with struggling those last two days every week.

But I'm still having the same issue being too full in the morning, with lots of burps, some reflux, etc., and have to force myself to drink a protein shake, eat some eggs, etc. to get my daily protein in; but then the appetite suppression seems to "wear off" around noon for the rest of the day, and I have my "normal" appetite (that I had before I started Tirz.)

I wake up the next morning, and it's the same routine.

Around 1-2:00 PM I'm struggling not to "cheat" (I never lost "Food Noise" at all, even on the higher dosages)

I tried going to 6.0, 7.5mg with split dosing and 7 days a week, etc., but got too full most of the week and couldn't get my protein in and started getting too weak.

Now, I just feel "stuck".

Any suggestions?

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how are you coping?

TIA

This is the first time I've hit my Protein target, but I ended up going over my calorie target a bit:

For Those Smarter than I... Will the Typical GLP-1 vial fit this thingy? 🤔

I'm terrible (and fairly new) at getting the medicine from Point A to Point B. (Vial into Syringe)

Yes, I've watched all the YT videos and read the instructions.

I have vision issues and also an issue with 1 hand, so getting the medicine from the vial into a syringe without bending the needle, etc., has been an "adventure", to say the least.

I saw this thing on Amazon and would like to hear others' opinions on THIS (now on how to inject, etc.)

Will this fit the *size of vials most of us use?

Thanks!

*I know there are some tall, thinner ones, but I've never received those.

Split Dosers to the Front of the Line, please 💉+ 💉

Looking for advice from some seasoned Split Dosers.

I really hadn't planned on starting down the split-dose path within 3 months of starting, but I really had no choice.

And I'm kinda nervous.

I have some days coming up where I can "afford" to be tired (as I am now finally having some results) ... and some days where I have to work my a** off and be on top of my game for work.

I'm self-employed, so there's no such thing as:

"Calling in sick/taking a personal day".

That's just not an option.

So I've been staring at my work calendar for a week, trying to sort out how to find a balance between too tired and "just right" to take my shot... and I just can't sort it out for once a week this week.

I'm on 7.5mg/week.... So I decided to take ~3.75 (21 Units) today, and then I'll take the same dose late Saturday night.

Does that sound about right? Are there enough days in between?

What have YOUR experiences been with Split Dosing?

TIA !

Web based app to keep track of Injection Mgs? 💉💉💉💉

I'm about 3-ish months in and getting a bit of appetite suppression, but no loss of "Food Noise"/Cravings.

Since I'm not having any bad side effects at all, my PCH said I can try going up slightly every 2 weeks. (Please no "you have to wait 4 weeks" comments. She's an actual MD, and she's on Triz as well, so I'm going to take her advice.)

Right now, I'm writing my dosages down, but I've heard tales of some apps that keep track of dosages.

Anyone know who they are?

Again, I need to be able to use it on my PC, as I have poor eyesight and viewing some apps with a lot of details, etc., can be rough on the tiny phone screen.

THANK YOU in advance!

Apothecary Brown Bottle Vials ? 🤔

Has anyone ordered from Apothecary (via New LifeRx, via Lavendar Sky) recently?

If so, were your vials delivered in Brown vials?

What BUD dates are you getting?

The reason I ask:

  1. I have some slight vision issues, and the Brown vials are hard to see through.
  2. I'm going to see if keeping these for a few months, maybe even past the BUD date, and I've learned that one way to check and see if they are still effective/safe to use to to check for "cloudiness" and "floaters." That is going to be hard to do with Brown vials.
  3. Is the Apothecary pharmacy the one located in North Carolina or Michigan? I did call the one located in NC and they stated they use to produce Triz Compound, but are no longer.

I've placed an inquiry into Lavendar Sky, and am waiting to hear from them.

Any information anyone can provide would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Lavendar Sky...Shipping... Short time? Long Time? In Between?

Anyone placed an order recently (in the last week or so) with Lavendar Sky?

(It's Apothecary via New Life... not 100% sure what that means, tbh.)

If so, how did the shipping time go for you?

These telehealth processing and shipping times seem to be all over the place.

My friend ordered my Noom (new client) on YESTERDAY, and it arrives TOMORROW.

I ordered from Pom (just a Refill) 2 weeks ago, and it took almost 2 weeks.

Now I have an order approved from Lavender Sky, and the process has been fast so far, but now I'm wondering about the shipping times, as I'm leaving town for a while and don't want it just sitting there in the sun.

Thanks!

5.0/ 410, 6-month deal available?

PLEASE NOTE:

I've tried to create a post with all the information, but Reddit seems to be having a "filtering" issue today. (That's why I was writing in "code".)

What I was TRYING to let people know is that Fifty One410 has been advertising they DO offer the 6-month program, when they haven't for a while, and has been aware that their website is "misleading" ... at best...

Yet, they continue to keep the old plans up, but only offer other plans that aren't as good as a deal as the one they are advertising.

This leaves me with a "bad vibe" using their company.

For me, it's an ethical issue... for others, if may become a legal issue.

_______________________________________

Has anyone been able to buy their 6-month, all shipped upfront plan, RECENTLY? As in last week or so, etc.?

It tried on 5-18-26, but was told:

We do not currently have any 6 month programs available."

Please advise.

Thanks!

What BUD dates are you comfortable blowing past? Be honest! 😏

I got just a great deal on 2 vials of 17.65mg/mL... but the BUD dates are very short (8-2026).

At just starting on 7.5mg today, I'm clearly going to go past the short August BUD dates... they'll probably take me into Oct/Nov, depending on how I respond to 7.5.

Also thinking of purchasing a bit more (not necessarily these) to have Tirz through the end of the year/ early 2027, until we know what's going to happen with the FDA, etc.

Is it ok to go 6+ months past the BUD ?

Thanks!

Finally get to tritrate up to 7.5! But using a New, Higher Concentration/Vial... Does this 💉look right?

Going from 6.5 from my 10mg/mL concentration, to 7.5, but using a new vial with a 17.65mg/mL concentration.

Is this what 7.5mg looks like on a 17.65mg/mL ?

I'm 95% sure, just double-checking.

Thanks!

Has anyone ordered and had their meds shipped to a Different Address other than your ID?

Are people allowed to have their meds shipped to a different address than what is on their Driver's License?

My sister is coming to house sit for me starting this week, for a few months. She's thinking of starting Tirz while she's at my place.

Will the telehealths allow meds to be shipped to a different address than what is shown on someone's ID?

Follow up: Has anyone used / does anyone know of any telehealths w/ " Refer a Friend " bonuses?

Thanks!

What is Your Plan B ? 🤔

As most of us know by now, the odds are around 80-90% that the FDA will shut down Trizpetaide Compound manufacturers, probably around the end-ish of the year... that is a best-case... some are predicting as early as September.

Most of them have already shut down or started to shut down, but there are some "rebels" that are hanging in until the final ruling comes down.

Aside from stockpiling... what are your plans to remain on one of these drugs?

➡️ Will you pay the big bucks (around $500/month for Zepbound now)?

➡️ Will you use willpower and healthy eating, exercise, etc. to lose weight and maintain? (Yes, it 100% can be done... just look at people in Africa without access to junk food, etc.)

➡️ Will you wait until the other GLP-1-type drugs come out in ~2027 and hope that competition drives down the cost of Zepbound?

Let's keep this discussion mature and relatively drama-free (if possible on Reddit...lol) The "Drug Manufacturers are so greedy" comments are silly and accomplish absolutely nothing.)

I've done a bit of research and averaged some of the current available data, and made a chart showing the new meds coming forward with POSSIBLE Approval / Release dates (keep in mind, there will be some lag time between approval and release dates)... THESE ARE JUST GUESSES.

Keep in mind... they are all "Brand Name" and will start with a hefty price tag... But this will also drive down the cost of Zepbound, but not right away, so maybe Zep will be $350/month in mid-to-late 2027

So what's your plan?

All of the estimations are based on highest dosages

Advice from personal experiences, please.

So here's the "back story": I am a slow Responder:

  • Gained weight the first 3 weeks on Zep, bcs it increased my cravings at 2.5...
  • Settled down in week 3-ish, back to my "normal" cravings/eating around week 5-ish
  • Got a bit of suppression at around 5.5 at week 6,
  • Another week of 5.5
  • This week, 6.5 (last shot on Thursday, barely feel anything)
  • Finally get to start 7.5 next week.
  • Highly calorie-deficient. Max in the last 3-ish weeks is 1200/day/15 simple carbs
  • 8 weeks in: A bit of appetite suppression, still a lot of cravings and "food noise." That's never changed.
  • Hopefully, 7.5 does the trick
  • About 65 pounds to lose weight... actually 73 now bcs I gained weight.
  • Think I've lost some water weight, feet and ankles look "smaller."

So basically, so far, the small amount of appetite suppression I've had has only lasted for about a total of about 3.5 days.

After I take my shot, it takes ~24-48 hrs for the meds to start working. I get a few days of minor appetite suppression, then the 1/2 life kicks in, and I get a solid 2+ days of nothing.

Is this happening/happened to anyone else? If so, how did you approach it? Split dose ? Wait 4 weeks, until I can go to a higher dose if 7.5 doesn't do the trick ?

Just nervous that even if 7.5 does end up working better, it's only going to be for a few days every week.

Please no unkind, snarky remarks. (And yes, my PCP has already looked at my numbers and "officially" listed me as a "Slow Responder")

Mature replies only, please. Thanks!
