Can I get an "Amen" on going from 5.0 to 6.0 before my 7.5 shot next week? 🤔😉

So after almost TWO long, depressing, jealous, anger-filled months, of very little effects, (good or bad,).....next week I FINALLY get to move up to 7.5mg !

So, praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!!!! 🙏🏼💉

BUT... I'd like to hear the views of the and get the "blessings" from the more seasoned pros!

Here's the math:

Zep: 1 month 2.5

Pom Tirz : 1 week 4.0, 2 weeks 5.0..... Next week 7.5

I have 1 mg "left over", (from only injecting 4.0 on week 1 transition from from 2.5 to 5.0, as I got a bit nervous about side effects, which turned out to be nothing.)

Here's the Question:

Can I use that "leftover" 1mg and "add" it to my regular 5.0 shot today to "prepare" for my 7.5 shot next week?

Thank you in advance, to all the adults in the room

Received an email from Fifty410 asking me to submit ALL my information all over again. Has this happened to anyone else?

EDIT: Heard back from them... with lightening fast speed. ⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡

Apparently, this has happened before.

Shout out to 50/410 for the great customer service!

______________________________________________________________________________

I received the email below asking me to submit all my information all over again.

They've already "confirm" my order and withdrawn all the money from my bank account.

I've emailed them asking why all my forms need to be submitted again. Lord only knows how long it will take them to return my email.

Is my order just "on hold" for now?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Does anyone know of a customer service phone number to speak with an actual person?

Thanks!

Bad News about Fifty410... No longer offering 6-month plans OR BPI

I have been eying a 6-month plan on Fifty410. I had some questions about their plans, and I received this message this morning:

" BPI is no longer available. We do not currently have any 6 month programs available."

Well, that sucks. I had my price per 7.5 mg down to around ~$3.88/per mg for shipped upfront.

Bummed!

Pom to Charm...What's up with that? 🫤

I've just joined Pomegranate Health a few weeks ago, and the service was excellent. The "doctor's review" (called a "summary" on their site) was wickedly fast!) A few days after that, I received notice of shipping and received it very quickly. I never heard back from Pom or even the Pharmacy. The only way I knew the Pharmacy had received my order was when I received a notification of shipment from FedEx (or was it UPS?) I wish I could give exact dates from ordering to receiving it, but I can't find any documentation on the website Pom automatically sends me to, called "Charm"...

On the "Charm" website, the only information available after I log in is my name and my "summary" ("doctor's review"). That's is...no information about billing, my prescription, my medications, etc., nothing. Most of the categories say: "No Data", etc., type notices.

I need this information, as even after I requested a Refill from Pom, the Pom website asked for my prescription. Shouldn't they at least have that in their files, and shouldn't I have a copy for my files? I had to take a picture of the side of my vial box. There has to be a more "formal" prescription than that, right? Like the small piece of paper my PCP hands me after she's written me a prescription.

Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks

Rumor is Fifty410 is no longer using ProRx. Price's going ⬆️?

Heard that Fifty410 is no longer offering ProRx, which of course limits their supplies, so will their prices be going up?

I'm not 100% sure if this is true or not. I checked their website, and ProRx is still being offered.

Seeing Red! 👀🔴💉???

I'm still new to Tirz, and still learning, so please... go easy.

Yesterday someone posted a picture of their vial (NOT the picture I added, that's just a random stock image I found online) ...... and the Tirz was RED... I believe it has B6 or B12 added to it, which makes it red... I think.

I had never seen that before, as I have only ordered from Hallendale (via Pom), and it's clear.

After I took a few shots, I got over my fear of injecting...

But one of the major issues I still have is being able to see the clear medicine in the clear syringe, as I have some (minor) vision issues.

QUESTIONS:

1) Who is using this type of RED Tirz NOW**, and where did you get it from?**

2) Can you request a Pharmacy to add a little Red to make it more visible? (I'm guessing that's probably a hard no... But I'm gonna shoot my shot!)

3) Are you allowed to communicate (via phone or email, etc.) with a Pharmacy and request it, or do you strictly have to go through the Telehealth place you bought it through? Can you ask them to add a touch of red if you're only buying "No additives"? (I think that's a long shot)

Thanks

Anyone know when the "Big Easy Weight Loss" website will be back up?

I've been comparing TC sites, and yesterday someone mentioned one called "Big Easy Weight Loss" (they called it "BEWL", so I had to ask what that meant)

I did some research and saw that they have had some issues, which is a red flag for me, but I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and still wanted to compare their prices, so I decided to check them out.

First, FINDING "Big Easy Weight Loss" was hard af... their website didn't show up until page FOUR of my search results (Btw, their website is "BigEasyrx.com"... you're welcome.)

So, needless to say, I was a little ticked when I finally them... but I soldier on!

I finally got to their site, and it's down! Like, wth?

It was late at night, so I thought they were doing overnight maintenance. Kinda old school, but it still happens once in a while.

So... I tried again this morning, and it's STILL down.

All I saw was the page below.

I don't know what the word "PACKAGE" meant, but I thought maybe it was a typo for "PACKAGES"(as in pricing and dosages, etc.), so I clicked on it, but nothing happened.

I know most people would have given up after not finding them on Page 1 of their search results, but I hat can I say? ... I love to solve puzzles... so now it's become a challenge to me! 🧐

Need Help Deciding on Dosages.

As I wrote yesterday...We'll be going out of the country for the summer. Shipping to another country is complicated, scary, and unreliable.

I have enough until we leave at the beginning of the summer, but we won't be back until mid-late Sept...so I'll be short around 2-3 weeks.

Should I TRY and find a Telehealth site that will sell me a higher dose, so I can "stretch it out" (If anyone knows what Telehealth that might do that, please advise.)

I'm still searching for a telehealth that will ship 6 months in 1 shipping.

I need to place my order within the next couple of days

History

Weeks 1- 4 weeks on Zep 2.5mg (I know, that's the "therapeutic dose") and it had zero effect on me, neither good or bad... just nothing.

Week 5

- 4.0mg, Day 1-3, Had a little loss of appetite, craving for sweets mostly went away, still craving carbs, bread, chips, potatoes, etc. I thought the medicine was finally kicking in.

- 4.0mg, Day 4. Zero loss of appetite and MASSIVE craving for sugar, junk food, all carbs. It was like I had never taken anything.

- 4.0mg, Days 5,6,7. A little less cravings, but "White Knuckled" it every day.

Week 6

- 5.0mg, Day 1, (today) we'll see.

I've put in an order and have been approved for 7.5 for 3 months.

My questions are now...

1. Deciding on the dosage.

So... given that I won't be able to get an increase for 3+ months if the 7.5 doesn't work... should I be requesting a higher dosage? Some telehealth offers "advanced plans," but they don't list exactly what that means.

2. Deciding on Pharmacy.

For my first Zep, it came directly from Lilly.

For the 2nd month, 5mg from Hallendale.

I've heard some scary stuff about BPI, plus why do they only make TC with B6 additives?

Thanks!

Why do these TC sites "hide" their dosages?

Why can't these Telehealth websites just put the dosages and number of vials, etc., you'll be receiving on their websites?

I find myself having to contact customer service, asking them what the dosages are, etc.

Why can't they just put it in plain sight? For example :

Starter Plan: 4 weeks, 2.5mg, 4 weeks, 5.0mg, 4 weeks, 7.5

Anyhow... I'm trying to decipher this mystery. Can someone please "translate" it for me?

What do "Trizepatide" (not even a number), 144mg total, and 216mg total mean?

Thank you!

Pom's difficult website. Ugh !!!

I've scoured the Pom website and cannot find what the "Tritrate Starter plan" includes...

What dosages, etc?

I'm on 5 now, not very effective, probably going to move up to 7.5 when my current month is completed.

It says " 0-7.9 mg" (can anyone explain what that means, how many vials, etc.?)

I'm looking to buy 6 months, and I'm not sure if I'll stay on 7.5 for the next 6 months or not.

I can't get pass this page unless I request higher than 7.5, which I don't know if I'll need higher than that.

Should I just request 10?

Does anyone have any suggestions on where this information is "hidden" on their site?

Thanks

WHAT IS THIS?

1/2 Life is a B!tch !😡👿

I am on the struggle bus with my TC and 1/2 Life.

Stats:

Week 1-4, 1 month on Zep 2.5, zero results, good or bad.

Week 5: Increased to Tirz 4.0mg,

- Week 5, Day 1-4: I thought I felt it for a few days, (sugar cravings aren't as bad, woke up feeling very full, stayed fairly full/eating less throughout the days, at one point had to make an effort to get protein in. VERY mild, negative symptoms.

- Week 5, Day 5 (today): Woke up feeling hungry and craving my usual carb enemy, wheat bread, naan, etc. Any kind of starchy carb.

I've read about 1/2 of this med, but I wasn't expecting such a radical, sudden drop.

I take my next shot on 5mg in 2 days, and it feels like it's going to be 2 months. I waited SO long to get ANY results, and I had them for 3 days, and now back to nothing!

QUESTIONS:

  1. Should I just try and "bare knuckle" for today and tomorrow, or should I take my 5mg shot 2 days early?

  2. Does the Tirz 5mg need more time over the next few weeks to build up in my system or does everyone have to deal with their Tirz 1/2 and just deal with it?

  3. Too early to talk Split Dosing?

Please no "lectures". Thank you!

🤷🏻‍♀️Unsure of TC Dosage Future, but Concerned about Tirz Compound Shortages

Hey everyone, newbie to GLP1s here.

I'm concerned about shortages and want to order a 6+ supply, but don't know which one to order, so...

A question for the seasoned pros:

QUESTION:

What "dosage" should I order, not knowing if I'll need 7.5 or 10+ etc.?

Background:

Started GLP1 Zep, 2.5mg, via KWIKPEN a month ago, 4 shots, 0 effects, good or bad, nada, nothing.

At $500 a month for the next shot, Zep wasn't happening.

Learned about Triz Compound, ordered 5mg from Pom.

Received Pom order last week. The bottle states: " 2mL Mutli-Dose Vial, 10mL"

Injected 4.0 mg 4 days ago, some effects, my insane craving for sugar/sweets are slowly going away. Still craving carbs in form of bread, potatoes and chips. Terrible heartburn/acid reflux yesterday. None today + not feeling as full.

Going up to 5mg in 3 days.

Concern: I'm sure I'm going to need a higher dose that 5mg. Maybe 7.5 or 10, etc.. I'm also concerned about shortages of TC. (I've heard "tale" of 9 and 12 month supplies being shipped at the same time in 1 order, but I think that's an urban myth, so don't think I'll go down that rabbit hole.)

I don't understand the "concentrations" bit of all this yet, but I'm now understanding the increasing of amount of dosages and the timing of them.

QUESTION:

What "dosage" should I order, not knowing if I'll need 7.5 or 10+ etc.?

I want to order a 6+ supply (or more, if I can find it from a reputable website) BUT... I don't really know exactly where I'll be 2 + months from now.

Thanks!

First will be my 1st self-injection of Tirz Compound. I've done a month today on Zep 2.5mg w/the "Kwikpen" (Hated it, you really can't see the fluid).

Today will be my 1st self-injection with a proper syringe (I've never given myself a shot before, kinda scared, terrified of Air Bubbles🫧).

As I had ZERO effects (good or bad) from my 2.5mg, I decided to increase. After wavering between 3.5 and 5.0, I decided to split the difference at 4.0 for this first week to get more results while minimizing side effects.

TWO QUESTIONS:

  1. Is the "Strength" the "10mg/mL" at the bottom of the vial (I ordered 5.0mg), or is the "strength" the "2mL" at the top of the vial?

  2. Went to Fat Scientist and it showed me "You'll need 40 Units", so I THINK I have the measurement/amount correct in my mind, but before sticking the needle into the vial, I thought I'd double check with the more seasoned pros here.

Ok, going to go watch dozens of videos on how to withdraw the fluid from the vial and measure it, and inject it while I wait for wisdom here.

Is this the correct amount I should fill the syringe with for 4mg?

A couple of things to sort out...

I'm a Newbie and am just learning about compounds, needles, and the Metric system.

I started GLP1 Zep, 2.5mg, via KWIKPEN from Lilly, a month ago, 4 shots, 0 effects, good or bad, nada, nothing.

At $500 a month for the next shot, Zep wasn't happening.

Researched lower cost options, learned about Triz Compound, ordered 5mg from Pom.

Received Pom order last week. The bottle states: " 2mL Mutli-Dose Vial, 10mL"

Nervous about 1st time self injection.

Since I've had no effects for a month on the 2.5mg (yes, I've learned that this is an intentional, small dose (2.5mg) for the first month.

Question/Poll: I'm nervous about potential side effects, but also don't want to waste another week...should I take a more cautious and take a more "gentle" dose of 3.5mg or just go for it and slam the whole 5mg into my body?

Stomach, arms, or thighs... oh my!

Thoughts on injection site for a 1st time syringe injector...

Thanks!

We've all seen the dramatic "Before and After" Pictures.

We've all read the "I just started GLP1 and felt it within 15 minutes, and after 1 day, I'm already down 15 pounds" stories.

THIS thread is for those of us who are NOT having/haven't had much success in the beginning, to share experiences, frustrations, personal insights, and just share if you're disappointed in general...

THIS IS A SAFE SPACE, so please:

NO "It's too early to know if the medicine is working" replies. Again, looking for people's PERSONAL stories who were slow responders, not "medical" advice.

NO "lectures" about "You're just not trying hard enough", "You're not counting calories," etc... We got it, you're "better" than us. We beat ourselves up enough, trust and believe... we don't need any help doing that!

NO insulting Trolls, (I never knew there were so many mean and self-righteous people in the world until I joined Reddit last week)

NO Hate, just kindness, support, and WELL-MEANING advice and tips.

I'll start:

Almost 1 month of 2.5mg Zep and feeling ZERO effects...I feel like I've injected $400 worth of water into my body....Starting 5mg this week of Tirz Compound from Pom.

"Food Noise"... wtf is that, and how do I know if I had it and/or if it's gone?

Bummed, angry, depressed... but still hopeful.

So... How about you?... How you doin' ?

reddit.com
u/LDB2026 — 16 days ago

Starting 5mg in a couple of days... 2.5mg has had no effect on me at all, but "preparing" for 5mg. Hoping that I'll be getting the "full" feeling and that I'll no longer want to eat, so I'll eat a Protein Bar or two a day to stay on top of things for my energy level.

I don't have much time to cook, especially when I'm traveling for work, and that a lot of the time.

Also, I've heard tales of constipation, etc... Prunes or Prune juice, which has fewer carbs and works better?

Thanks!

So I'm 3 weeks into GLP1s.

Just finished last shot of 2.5 mg on Zep... 0 effects, still eating like a crazy person.

Ordered 5mg from Pom and will start that next week.

Here's my dumb question...

When people order 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, etc., are the strengths in the vial more powerful or are people just taking more of it?

In other words, I bought a single vial of 5mg from Pom thinking maybe the 5mg is not strong enough for me, so I'll need to order 7.5mg for next month. But I'm reading about people who are fairly new to Tirz buying 6 months' supply of Tirz... but how do they know if the 5.0mg (for example) will work on them in 2 months' time and they won't need a higher (stronger?) dose or lower dose if the higher doses gave them too many bad side effects ?

I have 65 lbs to lose, so this is going to be a long journey... should I be ordering a larger supply next month?

Thanks.

PS: Rude Trolls will be shamed and blocked.

New Tirz vial from Pom. Will take a new injection of 5mg next week.

reddit.com
u/LDB2026 — 19 days ago

Hey everyone.

I've only been on 2.5mg Zep for 3 weeks. I took my last shot today.

After a couple weeks on Zep and it wasn't having any effect on me, I decided my next dose should be a step up to 5mg Zep... but that step up on Zep is very expensive, so I started researching and decided to go with Tirz compound with Pom.

I had the Asynchronous appointment with Pom's RN, all went well, and in her report, she wrote:

" Plan Prescribe: Hallandale Tirzepatide 4.5mg to be injected subcutaneously once weekly for one month."

I don't totally understand the conversion numbers from Zep to Triz compounds, but I thought I'd be receiving 4.5 mg as my next step up from Zep's 2.5mg.

Today I received my package from Pom, and on all the paperwork enclosed, the outer package and the vial itself it states: " 10 mg "

That seems wrong, too high, but I'm not sure... Am I supposed to be diluting it or taking a very small amount?

I'm out of Zep now and supposed to take my next shot 6 days from now.

Any help from some of the Tirz seasoned pros on here would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

GLP1 Newbie here.

I've been on Zep, 2.5mg for 3 weeks and it's had no effect on me whatsoever (actually, I've had more junk food cravings, but maybe thats psychological).

I was trying to get advice online about this, which led me to getting a Reddit account about a week ago, and have been receiving AMAZING advice, thank you all!

Having been on here (and watching many YT videos) I came to discover Tirz Compounds, which seemed like a good fit for me, bcs if I am one of those people who the medicine doesn't work on, I don't want to spend $400 on Zep for months on end, to figure that out. But at $169/mo (from Pom) I'm willing to carry on, and hopefully the higher dose of 5 mg many people advised will do the trick (I understand that I may have to go to 7.5 and 10mg and so on, but 5mg is the next logical step for me.)

I ordered through Pom after hearing about the backlog and expected a 2-ish week delivery time, but it turns out I'm receiving it early than expected (all informed by FedEx, not Pom, so B+ to Pom for getting my order processed fairly quickly, but F for communication)

I'm receiving the new Pom 5mg order on the same day as I'm supposed to take my 4th shot of Zep of 2.5mg (that hasn't worked)

Back story up complete, here are my questions:

1) Should I skip my 4th shot of Zep 2.5mg and go straight to the Tirz Compound 5mg and take that shot instead?

a. My hesitance to go straight to the 5mg is that people have mentioned that I'm "supposed to allow the medicine to enter my body in 4 weeks to prepare for a higher dose."

b. The 2.5mg has not affected me, so why not go to a higher dose now?

2) Should I try a "mix" of a lower dose of say... 3.5mg, on the 4th shot or even the 5th shot, so I don't have a bad (severe) reaction? ( I'm a little nervous about the side effects.)

Thank you for reading until the end, and thank you in advance for those of you who are kind enough to take time out of your day to answer my questions.
