Buckwheat for side sleeping

I bought a buckwheat pillow from Amazon about a month ago. I can sleep with it fine on my back, but I’m not staying in one position during the night. I’ve woken up on one of my shoulders and even my face smashed into it. The soreness depends on how I wake up.
Are there any alternative shapes or fill options for combination sleepers? I like how the buckwheat is supportive under my neck. I’ve tried so many pillows I was hoping this would be the answer.

TherapyGPT

This is for therapists, mental health professionals, or those who have used Chat for talk therapy not relating to serious mental health issues issues.

How useful and safe is ChatGPT for reassurance, advice, and talk therapy about every day life stressors? These don’t include a threat to someone’s safety, self harm, or mental illness.

What prompts can you give to make it meaningful and no bias? How can a user protect their privacy?

I know Chat is not a substitute for a mental health professional, but I’m studying/researching ways it can be safe and beneficial to clients in between sessions or for those who can’t afford therapy.

Pillowcase for Buckwheat Pillow

I need recommendations for a buckwheat pillow case. I bought a MIOTO buckwheat pillow from Amazon about a month ago. The case provided, with an envelope like closure, makes the buckwheat bunch up. It’s a standard 14 x 20 size. I did some research on Amazon for pillowcases of that size and most seem to have inconsistent reviews of being too small. I’m using the zippered case it comes in but I want to cover it so I can wash it.

Earplugs

I have tinnitus and have hearing aids. My upstairs neighbors footsteps are driving me crazy. I’ve tried traditional foam earplugs but once I take them out my tinnitus gets worse. I’ve tried brown noise in the background but that’s also not helping.

Are there any earplugs or noise cancelling headphones that won’t make my tinnitus worse?

Buckwheat adjustment period?

After months of trialing pillows of all kinds, I’ve finally decided to try buckwheat. I’m using one from Amazon with decent reviews. The main issue with other pillows was tightness in my bra strap area. Now I’m getting tightness upon waking in my traps/upper shoulders. It tends to go away with movement. I’ve also noticed I’ve been more tired the past few days after using it. I’m not wearing tech to bed at this point, but might sleep with my watch to see if it’s affecting my sleep.
Any tips or insight is welcome.

Kirkland Signature 10

I’ve had these for about 4 years. Yesterday I put them in I kept hearing three consecutive beeps every minute. I stopped by Costco HA Center and the receptionist said it’s probably the battery. The only thing he could do is send them out for repair, so I made an appointment to go back.
The beeping stopped a few hours later. They give me no problem charging or holding battery. Anyone know what this could be? I’ll be without them 7-10 days if they send them in to get serviced.

Sending an offer

Will I be notified if a seller declines my offer? I’ve only seem to be notified if they counter my offer.

Jewelry

I’m looking for classy looking bracelets for my very small wrist. Anything with an elastic fits but sometimes can sometimes look cheap. The ones with the clasp can slip, too.

Kapok Pillows

Has anyone bought Kapok fiber to make their own pillow? A place near me sells it in bulk, but to buy one already made online is more than $100. I like something adjustable and all natural but worry it will be too soft. I need good neck support.

Where to buy clothes

I’m 33 but mistaken for a college student. Not mad about looking young, but finding women’s clothing that fits is a struggle so I’ve been shopping in juniors stores. I’m a teacher, who can dress casually, yet I’m swimming in size XS women’s sizing. Forget about pants. I have long legs, short torso, 5’6 and no curves.
So, is there a store I can find clothes?

Low profile with neck support

I think the pillow loft I’m using is too high. AI got me thinking that a low profile contoured memory foam pillow could be the best fit? I’ve already tried, Coop, Brooklyn Bedding, Tumerry, Naturepedic. Looking for recommendations for a pillow that doesn’t have a chemical off-gassing smell with cervical support.

Bench style/high back recommendations

I am looking for recommendations for a sofa or love seat that caters to a very specific physical requirement: I need maximum structural support and cannot handle deep, plush, or sinking padding.

Ideally looking for a bench style seat, high back with full head/neck support for someone who is 5’6. Prefer a tight or tufted back. Built in lower back/lumbar would be excellent.

Does anyone know of specific residential brands/models that fit this ultra-firm blueprint, or reputable online retailers/liquidators where I can source contract-grade lobby furniture for a home? Budget is flexible for the right structural match. Thank you!

MDW sale pillows

I want to take advantage of the sales this weekend and try a new pillow. I recently tried Naturepedic and Tumerry shredded latex but returned both. Below is the next few I’m considering. I can’t stand pillows with odors. I sleep on my back and side.

  1. Avocado molded latex pillow. I see they have a shredded latex option but others I’ve tried have clumped on and needed constant fluffing

  2. Brooklyn Bedding latex high loft

  3. Purple Flex Grid

Open to other suggestions besides Amazon, Coop, and those listed above. Thank you!

Flare leggings

Looking for suggestions for flare leggings. I’ll be working at a gym and they are part of the dress code . I’m 5’6 with long legs and a short torso, so super high rise doesn’t work for me. Bonus if they have pockets. Must be breathable and sweat wicking.

I’ve tried on Abercrombie (they were ok but needed a size tall which was out of stock), Target (felt too thin), and Aerie (only had cross waist).

Has anyone bought anything from Ulta’s 2 for.. deal? Looking for a new shampoo and conditioner to bring back life into my blonde highlighted hair. I’m due for a partial in a few weeks but it’s been getting flat, dull, and greasy so quickly. I’ve tried Odele clarifying shampoo and my regular Redken Purple shampoo with no luck. Just more dry and the Odele cleanses well but made my hair brassy.

Considering moving to Bordentown. I’ll be working in Hightstown. I found a couple of complexes in Bordentown (River Gate, Team Campus Living) that look ok. I’m mostly concerned about safety. I’m not familiar with the area at all. Any experiences renting there or with those specific complexes are greatly appreciated!
