I left rock hard frozen 5 pound of ground beef out all day and night. Am I fucked?
So I took out 5 pound of ground beef out of the deep freezer around 9-10 am yesterday planning to put it away and then and put it out again to fill defrost it.
However I forgot to put it away last night and it sat out in 70f room temperature. This morning at 5 am I ran to the kitchen stuck the meat thermistor in and it’s at 64-67F. I threw back into the fridge scared.
Am I fucked?
