Second hand board under warranty from another country
Hi guys.
I bought an ASRock B850 motherboard second-hand. The board is still under warranty and I have the original invoice from a Polish retailer. Unfortunately, the motherboard appears to be faulty – dual-channel RAM is unstable/non-functional, while single-channel works correctly.
I've already tested:
Latest BIOS
EXPO disabled
Multiple RAM kits
Different CPU (CPU works fine in another motherboard)
Socket pins are not damaged
The Polish retailer has not responded to my emails so far.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Were you able to get support directly from ASRock or through a local distributor, even though you were not the original owner?
Any advice would be appreciated.
