Introducing Personal Space, a new creative hub in the West Loop built for DJs and music creators who need a place to practice, create content, learn, and connect.
Whether you’re getting ready for your next club set, want to improve your skills, or just need access to professional equipment without investing thousands upfront, we’ve got you covered.
🎧 What we’ll offer:
• Hourly DJ practice sessions
• Membership options for frequent users
• Block bookings and private room rentals
• Access to professional DJ equipment
• DJ lessons and 1-on-1 consultations
• Content creation opportunities for artists and DJs
• A space to collaborate, network, and grow with the Chicago music community

Chicago DJs: A New Practice & Content Studio Is Coming to West Loop 🎧
Hello guys !
We’re building something we’ve always wished existed locally: a dedicated space where DJs can practice, create content, and prepare for gigs without worrying about disturbing neighbors or investing thousands into a full home setup.
Personal Space is opening soon in the West Loop and is designed specifically for DJs, producers, and content creators.
What we’re planning to offer:
• Professional DJ equipment including CDJ-3000s
• Private hourly studio rentals
• Content creation space for recording mixes, videos, and social media content
• DJ lessons and one-on-one coaching
• Membership options for frequent users
• A place to prep for club sets, festivals, livestreams, and competitions
If you’ve ever wished Chicago had something similar to Pirate Studios, but with a more community-focused approach and access to mentorship, that’s exactly what we’re working toward.
We’re currently gathering feedback from local DJs before launch.
A few questions:

What hourly rate would feel reasonable?
