Reaching decision-makers: best channels?

I recently started working for a non-profit that offers training programs to certify workplaces across sectors like healthcare, education, retail, and community services.
My boss is currently exploring additional ways to promote the program beyond traditional outreach like cold emails and direct contact with relevant institutions (health systems, chambers of commerce, school boards, etc.). Personally, I still think cold emailing and direct outreach remains a strong option for reaching the right decision-makers, since certification is typically handled at an organizational level.

That said, they also want me to look into other channels, including advertising in bus shelters. I’m not sure how effective that would be for reaching actual decision-makers in these sectors versus just general public awareness. Are there other B2B / institutional marketing strategies that tend to work better for this kind of audience?

Favorite bitter

Aside from classic bitters like Angostura, Peychaud’s, and orange bitters, which bitters are your favorites to keep in your home bar?

1 cent 1964

I'm quite curious to know what happened to this 1 cent coin from 1964. Do you have any idea?

Development Test

Small development test today: I developed a B&W Polaroid and a color Polaroid by alternating between a hot water bath and a cold water bath.

I switched every 30 seconds.
My hot water was around 176°F,
and my cold water around 41°F.

I really like how it transformed the B&W Polaroid, but it had little effect on the color one.

I found these Crème de Menthe bottles on my grandfather's shelves. Do you have any idea how old they are?

I also found some vermouth bottles, which I managed to date to the 1970s/80s.

I've created my first tiki cocktail inspired by the Shirley Temple. I would really appreciate your feedback to see if I'm completely off track or if I'm on the right path. I haven't made it yet, but I’ve sketched out the idea of how I imagine it.

Shirley's Lost in the Caribbean

30 ml Flor Cana 7 years

20 ml Mount Gay Eclipse

7.5 ml Smith & Cross

30 ml lime juice

15 ml grapefruit liqueur

1 bar spoon cinnamon and cayenne syrup

15 ml grenadine

1 dash of Angostura bitters

30 ml sparkling water
