Seeking comments from others who experience fatigue after eating.

I have drastically changed my diet to combat this. I avoid most refined carbs and many days only have protein meal replacement drinks because they are easier to digest.

I have also started taking Betaine with Pepsin and probiotics.

When I do eat food, I am stopping at small portions so as not to overload my stomach and bring on fatigue. And it's mostly protein, like chicken or beef.

From what I've read, the act of digestion diverts blood flow from the brain to the stomach, which brings on the fatigue.

What are y'all doing to deal with this?

So does training Defense even matter or help in the Battledome? 1P battles here.
