
Countries whose nationals would be banned from entering the US by the Third World Immigration Moratorium Act
The Third World Immigration Moratorium Act, introduced by Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) on July 15, 2026, would ban nationals of the following countries from entering the United States:
- Afghanistan
- Angola
- Antigua and Barbuda
- Benin
- Burkina Faso
- Burma (Myanmar)
- Burundi
- Chad
- Cote d'Ivoire
- Cuba
- Dominica
- Equatorial Guinea
- Eritrea
- Gabon
- Gambia
- Haiti
- Iran
- Laos
- Libya
- Malawi
- Mali
- Mauritania
- Niger
- Nigeria
- Republic of the Congo
- Senegal
- Sierra Leone
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Tanzania
- Togo
- Tonga
- Turkmenistan
- Venezuela
- Yemen
- Zambia
- Zimbabwe
- aliens with travel documents issued by the Palestinian Authority.
