Why can’t positive charts look different than negative charts 🙃

This is like torture. 12DPO today, testing negative on 10miu strips. Luteal is typically 15 days so I’m about to be happy or heartbroken.

I’m just venting but if anyone has any input feel free to comment!

**this is my first full cycle tracking with Mira. Last cycle was my first after loss (didn’t have a period before I ovulated) and my PDG tanked 10DPO

Letrozole Cycle

I will try to keep this short. I this is my first cycle using letrozole in 9 months. I have had 4 IUIs plus numerous unmonitored cycles using it but all consecutive. Only one cycle I had 2 follicles. This cycle I took 10mg cd 2-6.

In December 2025 I asked to try gonal f for a few IUI cycles and I became pregnant in May but it was not a viable pregnancy.

We are trying on our own for the summer before trying further IUIs or IVF.

I realize that it’s not possible to say for certain that I had two mature follicles without an ultrasound but this cycle has been different than any cycle I can remember.

I got a “high” opk reading cd11 evening so I assumed that I would peak overnight as usual. The next morning it was still reading as high. I took another opk a few hours later (9:45am) and was at “peak”. I had almost a burning feeling in my abdomen for most of the day and around 11:30pm I had very intense pain bilaterally in my abdomen which I assume was ovulation.

The next morning my pdg started rising and I think it’s still decently high for only being not even 4dpo. By best friend Google says there’s a good chance I had more than one mature follicle, which I am hoping is the case.

I guess I’m wondering if anyone had thoughts on this or if you’ve been monitored and know you had two follicles if your numbers were similar?

My first full cycle using Mira so unfortunately I don’t have previous cycles to compare 🙃

Gonal F with Letrozole

Wondering if anyone who has done an IUI (or just medicated cycle) using gonal f and letrozole would be willing to share what doses they took? Especially if you ovulate regularly on your own and have a higher BMI.

TIA

Thoughts?

I had an IUI 05/19. I tested negative on 13 DPO (06/01). On 15 DPO (06/03) I decided to take an ovulation test and it was very dark. Pregnancy test was faint and digital said pregnant 1-2 weeks.

Beta # 1 - 24 @ 17 DPO (06/05) or 4w1d. The clinic was not happy with my number and said they like to see it around 200 and that this would likely not be a viable pregnancy. They also told me I could stop my progesterone. I also began bleeding/spotting.

Over the weekend I came to terms with the fact that this likely won’t work out but that it was a positive that I conceived as I have never had a pregnancy and this was my 6th IUI. I stopped my progesterone 06/06. On Sunday (06/07) I had bad cramps and had bleeding all weekend.

Beta #2 - 60 @ 20 DPO (06/08) or 4w4d. The clinic called and I was shocked that my numbers had more than doubled. The nurse said that this can happen and it still doesn’t mean it’s a viable pregnancy.

I am now reading about subchorionic hemorrhage and am wondering if this could be the cause of the bleeding. The clinic never even mentioned that this was a possibility. They made it sound like the bleeding was my body “clearing out”.

I started my progesterone again today and the bleeding seems to have slowed down.

I go back for another blood draw Thursday (06/11) so I really need to wait and see but I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this?

First positive

I can’t believe I am writing this. I had my 6th IUI May 19 and have been testing negative. I gave up on 13DPO. I stopped my progesterone yesterday (14DPO) because I assumed I was out and had a little spotting today which I assumed was my cycle starting. Today (15 DPO) I took an ovulation test just to see and it was quite dark. So I took an easy@home test - faint line. I went and bought a clear blue digital and it confirmed 1-2 weeks pregnant. My blood test was scheduled for Friday already so just waiting to see if the clinic wants me in tomorrow instead.

I realize it’s still early but this feels like such a huge hurdle to be over already. I have never been pregnant. I know it’s so hard to come on this sub as someone who has failed after failed and seeing people with success on the first try. I just wanted to post here to give anyone else in my shoes some hope ✨

***UPDATE***

My numbers came back low (17 DPO) @ 24. Back to repeat Monday so hoping that my numbers start rising 🙃

Input Please

These are the results from my retrieval last summer. I was never provided any pictures, just this analysis. I had one month from learning that I was next on the list for funding until I started my stim which I suspect impacted my results.

I have since upped my Coq10, started many other supplements and acupuncture since and my AMH has also gone up (not that it necessarily correlates to egg quality). I have also improved my stress level and sleep.

I am thinking about doing another round of IVF maybe later this summer as I’m hoping to lose weight and lower my BMI but I’m wondering if the changes I have made so far will be enough to have better results because the money tree is running out.

Looking for some encouragement

I will be 40 in November and just finished my 6th IUI and I had a failed IVF last summer (17 retrieved, 15 mature, 9 fertilized, only 1 aneuploid embryo) and 3 cancelled IUI cycles. This has been an absolutely emotionally tolling journey. I am 13 DPO and am testing negative so this IUI likely didn’t work. I am struggling with what to do next. My RE is not overly helpful and I’ve been told that IUI and IVF will have the same chances, they just have more control with an IVF cycle.

My IVF cycle was funded and I only had one month to prep for it. After I found out my only embryo was aneuploid I began reading about supplements and things I could do to improve egg quality. I started supplements and acupuncture and my AMH has actually gone up .5 to 1.67 since.

I guess I am wondering if anyone has had IUI success at 39/40 in similar circumstances. We suffer from MFI.
