Cowboy Space Corporation

Can anyone tell me what this company even does and how they make money?

Keep seeing them pop up on my timeline so I checked it out and their content genuinely looks AI generated no offense to the people who work there

Vast Space - R1 Advice

Has anyone been lucky enough to have the opportunity to have a R1 with Vast, I am interviewing for a new grad role and want to make sure I am prepped, I feel confident as the role is what I am very good and experienced at, but I know R1 is usually behavioral, and want to make sure I don’t choke lol.

Anyone who has in the past, or if you work there. I would really appreciate it! I want to make the best first impression possible, this is in my dream job category lol.

McKinsey R1 then next day got two different emails

Hey everyone, I had a R1 with McKinsey yesterday thought it went well, besides a quick slip up on the math but I walked through my thoughts with the guy before doing the calc so could’ve been worse.

That interview was for PDP, he said he would be in touch next week about next round to let me know if I moved on. I also applied to a BA role and am still waiting to hear back.

However, I just recieved an invite to the McKinsey Solve, and a invite to their Keep in Touch Program, is this related to the BA role I applied for, or is it basically telling me I am not moving on?

Any advice from those familiar would be super helpful!

Case Study Interview Fumbled

Hey everyone, feeling so dumb right now. I prepped for a bit, and on my R1 PDP fellow interview I think I did really well but couldn’t finish the math portion.

Do I have any chance of R2 or am I done?

Product Dev Interview

Has anyone previously interviewed for the Product Dev & Procurement role? I just received an interview and am hoping to get some tips on how to prep.

Looks like R1 is with a McKinsey employee doing case solve. Anyone got experience on this? I’m not going to lie, wasn’t expecting an interview. I work in mostly tech and am with a startup currently doing theory based engineering work while finishing my senior year.

Early Career/New Grad Job Applications

Hey everyone, I am in the final stages of my last (3rd) internship, and finally, I am ready to start applications for full-time positions for aero/space companies for positions to be filled by guys graduating in Spring 27.

Does anyone who has also been looking, or anyone who works in the industry, know if they have released applications for new grads yet? I am hoping to get a list of a few companies maybe I haven’t been able to catch yet. So far all I have been is some smaller private companies.

Any help even if it’s not this exactly is appreciated! Thank you all in advance!

Aeronautical Engineering

Hey everyone, is anyone on here currently working in an Aeronautical Engineering role?

I am going to be graduating next may, and have in my opinion really great work experience as an undergraduate, but would like to see where I line up against people who have actually landed the role. If anyone is open to dm’ing me I would really appreciate it

Work culture - currently interviewing

Im about to interview for an engineering position here, came on reddit to see what I could learn, pretty excited about landing an interview with the PVD team, and all I am seeing is literally everyone here hates their life?

Is it genuinely that bad or are you guys just some whiners. Becuase if its as bad as you guys are saying I am going to do zero interview prep and just wing this not caring if I land the role

Hi everyone,

I just recieved an interview for a position at the Phoenix location, for the position I listed in the title, any advice for the interview?

I also need to complete a behavioral assessment before that so any tips/tricks for that portion would be appreciated.

LDP Application Status

Hey everyone,

I recently applied for one of the LDP programs with a 2027 start. My application status was just changed from application submitted, to Application under review.

I looked at the process for it currently and it seems my CV review is “completed” and the next step is Recruiter Phone/Email Screen.

Should I be expecting something from a recruiter regarding my application or does everyone receive this?

Thanks in advance!

Manufacturing Engineering Roles - College Grad

Is anyone currently a manufacturing engineer here? If so, and you guys are open to talking to me and possibly reviewing my resume with some criticism I would really appreciate it. I want it to be as strong as possible before submitting my application for the early grad role.

Different Job Deadline, Waiting on Anduril

Im in a bit of a dilemma.. I have applied to the 2027 Manufacturing Early Career position for Anduril, this being pretty much my dream job, I have tried learning everything I could just to be a suitable applicant.

But, I am interning with RTX this summer, and just got a full-time return offer. Worst part, is there is a deadline of 45 days attached to it, unless I am interviewing elsewhere, then it can be extended.

Does anyone have experience applying for a similar role and know the timeline on when interview notices would go out? Kind of lost on what to do here, debating just betting on myself and taking the risk

EDIT: Since people are reading over it, the offer is to start when i graduate in May 2027

LDP Program Applications

So I am currently an intern here, on my third internship with RTX, and I have been waiting for applications for LDP (Aero/Mech) to go out so I can apply. They were not showing up on the Job Hub page during my application, so I applied externally using my school email.

Yet, after submitting the application, I receive an email about the application in my RTX email, and in workday it now shows up as an internal applicant. How the heck did that happen? Is it time to tell my supervisor here? Extremely confusing how that happened..

If anyone has been in a similar situation, or has any advice, I’d really appreciate it.

LDP - Aero/Mech

Has anyone here been apart of the LDP program? Any advice would be appreciated as applications just went out today.

I did a 3 semester co-op with P&W across different engineering functions and feel I know the business pretty well for a 21 year old. will be graduating w honors with an aero degree, so I feel like my chances are relatively decent for at least landing an interview. But I was hoping to here from those that had been accepted into it and their thoughts on it.

Also, The salary range is 59-139k? That seems a little wide? Or is that normal.

Anyways, thank you in advance!
