⚠️ Suspicious login attempts blocked - repeatedly from another country (India user)
I’m getting repeated “Suspicious login attempt blocked” alerts on my Facebook account.
Screenshot :>>> 1000096468.png
Details:
- Location shown: Multan, Pakistan
- Device: Samsung
- Time: Multiple attempts (ongoing)
- I am based in Tamil Nadu, India
Facebook is blocking the attempts, so my account hasn’t been accessed, but the attempts keep happening.
I have NOT shared my password with anyone.
🔍 What I’ve done so far:
- Changed my Facebook password
- Enabled 2-factor authentication (2FA)
- Logged out of all devices
- Checked active sessions
❓ My concern
I want to understand what is causing this:
- Is this a credential stuffing attack from leaked passwords?
- Could my email or password be part of a data breach?
- Or is this just random bot login attempts using VPNs?
⚠️ Why I’m posting
Even after securing my account, the attempts continue. I want to know:
- If there are additional steps I should take
- Whether this indicates a larger security risk (email compromise, device issue, etc.)

Any advice from cybersecurity experts would be appreciated.
