I’m genuinely confused and frustrated with TVS support. I have paid for TWO TVS RTX bookings, both bookings are visible in the TVS app/website, but support says they have no details about my second order.

I’m from Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, and I’ve been living in Bengaluru for the last 3 years. I made two RTX bookings from two different locations.

My booking details

Booking 1

• Booking ID: 13617
• Booking Date: 07 June 2026
• Dealership: RA AUTOMOTIVE EXPERT LLP
• Status: Showing in the TVS app/website

Booking 2

• Booking ID: 26941
• Booking Date: 30 July 2026
• Dealership: SURYAPRATAP AUTOMOBILES LLP
• Status: Showing in the TVS app/website

I have paid the booking amount for BOTH orders.

The strange part is that both bookings are clearly visible in my TVS application and on the website, so I know the second booking exists from my side.

However, whenever I contact TVS support about the second booking, they tell me:

I have already contacted support many times and sent emails more than 10 times, including all the booking details and screenshots.

Every time, instead of providing a solution, I’m asked to send/draft the email again.

My concern

Honestly, I’m starting to feel that my second booking may not have been properly processed internally, which could be why I’m not receiving any further updates.

The booking is visible in my app and website, and I have paid the booking amount, but TVS support says they cannot find the order.

If the booking is valid, why can't TVS support see it?

And if it hasn't been processed, why is it showing as an active booking in my account?

My first booking was made on 7 June, while the second was made on 30 July. I understand that the second booking is later, so I’m not expecting it to be processed before the first one. But I do expect TVS to acknowledge the booking and provide a proper status.

I’m also seeing other customers receive updates such as “Order Confirmed” and “Manufacturing”, while my booking is still showing only “Order Received.”

TVS has also informed me that deliveries for June bookings will commence from 1 November onwards, but this doesn't answer my main concern about the second booking.

What I need from TVS

Please verify Booking ID 26941 in your backend system and confirm:

1. Is my second booking properly registered and active?
2. Has the booking amount been successfully received?
3. Has the order been forwarded/processed by the dealership?
4. Why is the booking visible in my app/website but not visible to customer support?
5. What is the current status of Booking ID 26941?
6. Is there any action required from my side?

I’m not asking for an early delivery. I just want confirmation that my paid booking actually exists in TVS's internal system and is being processed.

Has anyone else experienced a situation where the booking appears in the TVS app/website and payment is completed, but TVS support says they cannot find the booking?

Would really appreciate advice from other RTX owners or anyone who has dealt with a similar TVS booking issue.

TVS - I have already sent the details and screenshots more than 10 times. Please investigate the second booking instead of asking me to resend the same information again.

I got a call for the Apache RTX test ride and rode it at the TC Palya showroom.

Overall, I liked the bike. The riding position, looks, and engine felt promising. But I also noticed a few things that left me with mixed feelings:

• The bike had noticeable vibrations throughout the ride.
• The pillion experienced even more vibrations than I did.
• The bi-directional quickshifter felt quite hard and not as smooth as I expected.
• I wasn't very confident with the rear brake feel. (I was riding in Urban mode, so I'm not sure if that affects the braking response.)

So, I wanted to ask existing owners and people who've done longer test rides:

• Is the vibration normal for a brand-new test bike, or does it get better after the first service?
• Does the quickshifter become smoother after some kilometers?
• Is the rear brake feel different in Tour or Rally mode?
• Based on your experience, is the RTX still worth waiting for?

I also have another question regarding booking.

TVS officially says deliveries are on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis. If that's the case, is it possible to book the bike at multiple dealerships and then take delivery from whichever showroom gets the allocation first? Has anyone here tried this?

I've been waiting more than 2 months for my RTX 300 in Tamil Nadu.

Every time I follow up with my dealer, I hear the same thing:

Recently, my dealer also told me that they've delivered only one RTX 300 in Tiruppur in the last 5 months, and that only around 20 bikes have been allocated.

But here's what really confused me...

A few weeks ago, I helped a fellow Redditor from Bengaluru by sharing the contact details of a dealer there.

He contacted them...

...and got his RTX 300 delivered within a day. 🎉

Now that same Bengaluru dealer says they can arrange any variant within a month, while I'm still hearing "we'll try our best" from my Tamil Nadu dealer.

So I'm genuinely curious...

• Is Tamil Nadu receiving fewer RTX 300 allocations than Karnataka?
• If allocations are completely controlled online, how are some dealers able to promise faster deliveries?
• Do dealers really have no control, or is there more to the allocation process?

It's been more than 2 months of waiting for my RTX 300.

On Sunday, I walked into the showroom with no delivery news, no keys in my hand... just curiosity and excitement.

I saw it standing there.

The same bike I've been watching in videos, reading about, and dreaming of riding.

I touched it.

When I booked it, I was excited. Every day I checked my phone hoping for a call from the dealership. Weeks later, I'm still waiting with no clear update and no timeline.

Meanwhile, my friends who booked bikes much later are already getting delivery dates for their KTM 250, KTM 390, and XPulse Rally. They're planning rides, discussing accessories, and sharing delivery photos.

The RTX had the hype, the attention, and people were ready to wait… but how long can that excitement survive?

At this point, it feels like getting a BMW delivered might happen faster than getting a TVS RTX. 💀

The biggest mistake TVS may have made is creating huge expectations and then leaving buyers waiting. In this segment, people don't wait forever - they simply move to the next option.

Today it's RTX, tomorrow it's Himalayan, KTM Adventure, XPulse, or something else sitting in the garage.

Also, with TVS handling multiple big projects (Norton, BMW collaborations, etc.), are we seeing the RTX getting less attention? Or is TVS just taking too much time to perfect it?

A bike can have the best specs on paper, but if customers lose interest before delivery, does it even matter?

Did TVS accidentally kill the RTX hype before the bike even reached most buyers?

TVS RTX waiting is testing my patience... I genuinely don't know what to do anymore. 😭

I think I've reached my limit.

After talking to my dealer and TVS support, I was told it could still take 180+ more days. 💀

I'm honestly thinking about cancelling my RTX booking... but the problem is, I'm not mentally ready to buy the KTM 390 Adventure either. My heart is still stuck on the RTX.

Every time I decide to cancel, I see another RTX delivery post and end up waiting again. 🥲
