I deeply regret the sins I have committed in the past. They make me dwell on them and overthink, leaving me unable to focus on the present. What should I do?

I need help and guidance. I practice math a lot and work much harder than my friends, yet I still score low. Lately, I’ve been feeling really demotivated, and when I get the question paper, I forget the approaches and methods. I’m not sure what I’m lacking. I revise, make short notes, and solve tons of questions, but still end up feeling discouraged. My strongest topic is integration (formulation, substitution, manipulation, by parts, partial fractions, properties, etc.), whereas coordinate geometry (straight lines, circles, ellipses, parabolas, etc.) just goes over my head. If I can’t catch up with these, I won’t be able to build my career or support my family. I’m just living on hope and asking for help from those with high intelligence.
