Personally U see a lot of criticism around Nintendo Directs now and I don’t really believe that it’s as valid as people think.

With Nintendo directs most people criticise it along the lines of “this franchise didn’t get a game announced” or “why does this game get a new installment” and most people hate on directs for that reason. To be honest I think that looking at these directs through the viewpoint of ‘it must have these announcements to be good’ misunderstands or ignores the concept of different preferences.

Sure these announcements may not captivate you but it doesn’t mean nobody else is interested in it. EVERYONE HAS DIFFERENT PREFERENCES.

For example I saw this one guy complaining online about no new 3d Mario and how nothing else could n the director had value. Me and my friends watched it together and they each got excited at separate things like the new jjk or deltarune.

You’re allowed to vent your frustration about a franchise not getting any new games for a whole le but it doesn’t mean nobody not correlate to the quality of a direct since it’s not even supposed to be about quality. It’s about announcing multiple projects that multiple different people will be interested in each

I think we can all agree that the reality war was a really bad episode and a terrible way to end Ncuti’s run as a whole but I feel like it has also made people assume or believe that all of his era was at this level of quality when I think that It was honestly decent.

Ncuti’s had several good or amazing episodes such as Boom, Dot & Bubble, Lux, The Story & The Engine. Hell even Rouge was pretty fun in my opinion. This new era did have quality to it and TBH Ncuti’s performances were always incredible. Now I will admit there were some terrible episodes such as 73 yards, empire of death and of course The reality war. But it’s not really as bad as people say it is.

I think people have this sentiment is because the Reality war was the very last episode giving the fandom a really bad parting episode. Since it was the final one many people began to retrospect on the era with negative bias from the reality war and soon people gravitate to more of the bad aspects until that becomes the main sentiment while ignoring the good because there was nothing to look forward to (especially after that God awful choice for 16s actor).

I’m not saying 15’s run was perfect but it’s a lot better than what people give it credit for.

Got a the two ancient soul stone chest reward from 100% the catacombs of silence and decided to use it on the only cookie I had at least 15 pieces of and Millenial tree was it a good decision. Also who here should be the No 1 bounty
