Lgbtq based clothing repairs and alterations

Hello! I made a post a couple months ago asking if there was a need for tailoring services for LGBTQ people in the area and the response was pretty receptive!

I am finally settled from my move, and Im ready to take on some repairs and simple alterations! I have been sewing since i was 5 years old, and its so hard for us queer people to find clothing that actually fits us, and I want to make that possible!

Here are some examples of my work, shoot me a dm and I can send some of my info! I would like to focus on my fellow trans and other lgbtq people for now though :)

Need help

Hey! So I normally wouldnt make this kind of post at all, but Im getting rather desperate. I dont know if you guys remember, but I am working to provide clothing that actually fits us for other trans people in my area. Where I am running into issues is funding.

I am struggling to make ends meet and I cant do my part for the community if I cant afford to pay my bills. Ive posted my work on here before, but I can send more to people curious about it! I am just desprately needing funding.

I am doing everything I can to make ends meet, working two jobs and doordash while physically disabled but its just not enough. Truly anything will help and I can dm my info to anyone curious about it. Thank you for your time.

only one on the floor tonight

WOW!!! that was wild… It was soooooo hot and people just kept coming in and it was just me, the host, and the bar :(

We had it though even though its my second week at this store we locked it down no complaints! I did around 2.2k in sales, made good money, and the people were very nice!

Ive been reminded why serving is so addictive at times. I got a 90%! Keep going through the heat! We got this!

Getting closer to my goal of making clothes for us that fit well!!

In my area theres a lot of trouble for us finding good clothes that fit us properly, so Im deciding to take my communities clothing situation into my own hands and working to make accessible and affordable alterations and custom pieces available in my area :) (Its meant to be cropped its gonna be part of a fit)

Hello!! Im looking to get into pattern drafting seriously and this is my first time doing it. Im following a class on craftsy for how to draft a basic bodice, but my personal measurements are very different from what she used and I just want to make sure this looks workable
