I’ve been doing some research on different companies who offer PPI services. I’m definitely not going with Lemon Squad. What are some better alternatives? Right now in between INEEDAPPI and POMCAR. Any suggestions ?
My concern is that the last person did some body work on the jeep that looks questionable. Like they painted over the rust on certain areas and filled with Bondo on some of the body. Please suggest the best place to get this inspected .
I’ve tried local body shops but they seem to be difficult about scheduling or I’d have to take it to them which would require a tow and other inconveniences. I’d prefer a mobile service . TIA

Hello all,
This guy returned my car half assembled after 9 months of terrible work. Over the phone he told me he’d refund me part of the money for not completing the job and felt sorry. Today I sent him a text message requesting 90% of the money I paid him . I wasn’t sure how to word it but I kept it formal and not emotional, stating the facts. At the end I said if he didn’t respond by the end of the day today I would move forward to sue through small claims. It’s the end of the day and no response from him. Except one call I missed , I returned the call and he didn’t pick up and I called again still nothing .
Did I do wrong in requesting the funds and or a response by the end of the day? Also , I have to do as I say so tomorrow I will start prepping the docs to send to court. Any advise on what to do next ? Do I call him tomorrow letting him know I’m moving forward and if he picks up do I try to negotiate ?
How likely can I get my money back
I went online to find a body shop owner who could repair my jeep. He was very professional during the in person estimate and after looking at some reviews and his shop I agreed. We agreed that I’d pay him in 2 installments. We agreed that he could take his time on the work but I’d want it no later than 4 months and he said it was fine. 4 months in and he’s no where close to finished and he claimed it was due to the weather . This happened 5 more times throughout the 9 months. I finally put my foot down and said I would no longer wait and I’d pick it up asap, I asked for a final deadline. That deadline was yesterday , and I picked up the car not fully assembled and none of the work was completed. There looks like some of the work was rushed a few weeks ago, it look terrible. All of this was documented throughout text.
I paid $4200 for this and I want my full refund but I’m sure he will claim material was bought … what is fair? Do I go straight to small claims or do I try to work with him first? Although he’s not very trustworthy as he has been pushing me around for the last 9 months.. my fear is he will go MIA . I found out that’s not really his body shop and he may be renting it. His Facebook account has an alias and not full name. His phone number comes up from Louisiana and not TX. His Zelle account comes up as a last name collision. Help
If I no longer can reach him and I don’t know where he lives how does one sue them in small claims court ? Do I text him a pdf file ?

Gave me an invoice (that I’ll add at the end) and after looking at some reviews and his shop I agreed. We agreed that I’d pay him in 2 installments. He requested the second installment earlier than agreed because of materials and I sent him the last installment in full. Hello all, some of you may remember my post from a while back. Guy claimed he would do everything on the list below in 6 months. 9 months in and he told me it would be ready today. I couldn’t believe it cause he’s done this before … I called him this morning and told him I was on my way and again he pulled the same card .. give me one more day … I finally put my foot down and said no. I had already paid the tow truck and it was on its way and he said it was fine , that it was just a few pieces missing anyways. The list promised he’d paint it as well but he never got to it… so he charged me $4200 to leave it ready for someone else to paint ..
Did I get scammed ? There’s still rust on the back of the chasis … front of the windshield and the bottom of the jeep where the foot rest is..
I used a magnet to run it by the parts where he cut out steel and replaced it with 1/4 clean steal and some spots the magnet just falls. It’s not on a lot just a few and he says that’s just the joinery.. of the solder …
What’s fair ?

I get a lot of likes from the same user on several of my items. This happens with several different users as well but they don’t buy? Why so?
I see items that have 15+ carts but no purchases, why?
I’m new to Etsy and I’m still figuring out selling my pottery online. Last month was great with 6 sales. This month I sold nothing. I’ve worked on my listings by improving images and thumbnails. I offered free shipping. I started a sale , I added multiple images and even dimensions. High SEO keywords, all of it . I’m a star seller for the month and I have 20 orders so far and 3 of the 5 star reviews. I have 15 in carts on one item and another item in 8 carts . Same with a few other pieces . What am I doing wrong ? Any tips would be helpful TIA
Hello all, I just hit my goal emergency fund number and I will start investing my money in “safe” stocks that pay dividends. I’m still doing my research and learning how the market works. If you had to give your top 3 stocks that will pay out dividends no matter what , what would those be ? Or the top 3 you’d recommend a beginner to invest in.
Hello all,
I will be traveling in this order :
Japan> Thailand> Italy > Portugal
My question is , do I buy my Japan one way ticket and my Portugal departure ticket home and buy the ones in between as I go?
I was thinking of leaving to Japan in April 2027 so I’m thinking the best time to buy would be this September ? How about hostels , do you buy them as you’re arriving or buy 6 months out ?
I would appreciate some advice , thank you !
I will be one month in Italy. Would it be best to be living in the hostel for the month and venture out to other parts of Italy for the day? What parts of Italy do you recommend? How much time should I spend in each city if I hop around hostels ? One week ? How many cities should I stick with? Would over 3 be overdoing it? TIA
Advice
Sorry for the jump scare in advance 😅
Hello , I always leave my house feeling good about my make up and as soon as I step out into the sun or brighter light I see how awful my make up is. It shuts down my low confidence immediately. I’ve never been a girly girl or into make up. The foundation here is the Lancôme foundation , this is after maybe 6-7 hours of wear ? But even after 3-4 hours I notice it gets like this … any advice ?
My skincare right now involves, hyaluronic acid > squalane , vitamin C and under eye cerave peptides and finally lotion. I’m about to incorporate a retinol in the next week .
Help me decide what region I should stick with on my 3 month solo traveling. Asia, Europe , Central America ? Or something else ? I can do 2 regions, what are your top 2 of all time
