I was playing with my friend and I randomly decided what I could get a licence to produce from Spain. Turns out they have helicopters for some reason loll
I didn't know Italian McDonald's had gf burgers, but today I was delighted to learn they did! Or at least they have 1 option: a double cheeseburger.
On the way to Como today, we stopped at Trentino to get a bite, and so I ordered this burger with a green apple Sprite (which I also didn't know existed lol). The buns were soft and amazing, the beef and cheese also tasted good.
Overall, it was a nice burger, not the best I had but also not the worst. So far I've had gluten free burgers in Hungary and Austria, and I gotta say I'd put them above Italy, mainly because there's some variety to the burgers there (in Hungary there are two burgers and you can put bacon in them, in Austria you can have almost any burger with a gf bun). I'm a bit disappointed tbh. But still, it's much better than countries that don't even offer a gf option! Thank you, Italy! 🇮🇹❤️
I mean how did I survive this lmao, they just blew my entire tail section off and I still managed to land somehow
Don't really know the concrete source, found it under a post in r/teenagers

I finally flew for the first time a couple days ago when I travelled from Budapest (Hungary) to Gdańsk (Poland, my first time in that country). The thrill of taking off, turning and landing really made me happy, and when we ascended through the clouds, I felt like I was in a whole another dimension. It was beautiful! Seeing the curve of the horizon and soft clouds like cotton below was such a great experience! :D
As a military enthusiast, I recently became interested in some older guns, especially flintlocks. So when I visited a flea market today and saw this beauty, I knew I had to buy it (I also managed to haggle it down a bit :D). I'm quite happy with this, as it's my first replica gun ever.
Edit: I meant to type 18th century, sorry for the typo. And before anyone else asks; yes, it's a non-functioning replica.
It's still sorta WIP, but I think it turned out pretty good (for my 4th ever car that is). I know it looks kinda funky and weird tho lol 😅
Some specs: 1.6l 60° V8 producing 650hp, on-demand AWD transmission, the total weight is ~1.1t, max speed is 350 km/h
Also yeah the first test didn't go too well lol (last image), had to increase the brake force after that
こんにちわ! (I hope I wrote it correctly 😅)

A few days ago, I tried making Mitarashi Dango for the first time. I had a bit of experience with my (kinda atrocious) Hanami Dango attempt, but this time I came prepared with glutinous rice flour (I somehow managed to get it at a local supermarket here in Hungary)! And the end product turned out better than my previous shenanigan: it was pleasantly soft and tasted nice. The sauce also turned out perfectly! 😋

But I gotta admit, I still have much to learn. For example, since I only used glutinous rice flour (contrary to when I made Hanami Dango with only normal rice flour), it became super sticky (that's why you can see rice flour on the plate and finished Dango). Next time, I'll probably split the two flours 50/50. I also made the balls a bit too big as it turned out, as two of them were enough for me to be full lol. I'll also make them a bit more ball shaped next time, but the sticky situation I was in made it pretty hard to do. But I loved making this, and I can't wait to try again!

I hope you like it! And I welcome any advice 🍡❤️
I became obsessed with Japan a few months ago, and today I decided to finally *try* and make some Japanese sweet. I choose to make some dango, aaaand oh boy.
I know it looks bad, but I'm at least happy they *somewhat* resemble a ball shape. As a Hungarian, I couldn't easily find glutinous rice flour, so I tried my best with basic rice flour. This ended up making the pasta kinda hard to knead. It also turned out that I didn't add enough sugar, so it basically tastes like a slightly sweetened gnocchi. Welp, at least the colours turned out pretty good! :D
But I shall learn from my mistakes. I hope my next try will be better, and I'll make sure to find some glutinous rice flour somewhere!
