After years and years of looking for products that actually define my curls and helps with frizz, I think I found it.

For reference I have 3a/c hair and I just started my curly girl journey from many years of straightening my hair

Something is up with my skin so I wanted to post all the products I have. I don’t use all of them at once, some used during the day others during the night.
Are these good products or am I messing g up my skin barrier?

When I wash my face at the end of the day it gets red and irritated and I get these red bumps that pop up. My skin was doing good and then a couple of stress days at the hospital and my skin turned into this

Edit: should I be using a retinol ? I’ve always been scared of that, but I’m 43 so idk if I need it
