Hey y’all! I’m looking for artists who want to help redesign the subreddit banner/header and icon. Right now it’s mostly Poké Balls and, honestly… pretty generic. 😅

I’d love to rotate original, community-made art throughout the year, seasonal designs, holidays, different Pokémon eras, or anything that fits the community and makes this sub feel a bit more alive

Finished artwork, sketches, and concepts are all welcome.
If your work is selected, you’ll be credited and get an exclusive custom artist flair, “Resident Poké-Van Gogh,” “Poké-Banksy,” “PokeBrandt” or whatever ridiculous title you come up with.

A few basics: original artwork only, AI generations are NO BUENO (as I’ve learned first hand on this sub 😂). The banner displays around** **10:3, and the icon is tiny, so simpler designs work best.

No deadline; I’d like to keep this open as an ongoing community project. 🎨

EDIT: Unfortunately, this isn’t a paid project. I don’t have the extra funds right now to pay for subreddit banners, giveaways, etc. 😭

I’m really happy with my pulls from this one! I’m obsessed with the Mega Dragalge, such a nice art, and it’s always awesome to get another Metang!!. Ngl, I kinda want a Metang / Tauros army for a binder 😂

I’m not complaining, that was fun, and I like a good shiny. The Kyogre is kinda sick! Cool texture to it and I like the explosion of color.

Also, holy QC Fail Batman, look at the tops of some of the cards, came out the pack like that, and they were in the rare slots 🫠. Thankfully, the ones that were damaged (6/10 packs!! Cmon now, smh) weren’t anything special, standard rares or holo rares.

As promised, I am posting what was in my Pokemon Center Mystery Box!!

First off, the Psyduck box is absolutely awesome, dude is hilarious, and it’s the perfect Pokemon for a Mystery Box.

Now for the contents! I got 3 sitting cuties sized plush (Turtwig, Lucario, and my favorite Gen 1 Pokemon, Dragonite!), I got a Chikorita Pokédex Pin, a Pixel sprite Pokemon Playmat, a Diglett Double Deck box, And….

A Shining Fates ETB!! Would have lost it if I’d gotten the Hidden Fates ETB, but any random ETB from the Pokemon Center is a FANTASTIC ETB!

Imma Rip it soon, we will see what’s inside soon 👀

I really wanted to pull the Morepeko and Misty’s Vitality, and WOW, Morepeko has glittery ruby eyes, it’s awesome!! And having grown up with the Anime, pulling the Misty UR is so cool, love me the OG 3!

Alright yall! The queue has gone live, I’m not certain what is being dropped, if it’s a restock or UPC / Special box preorders etc.

Don’t navigate away from the Pokemon Center website For German Language products only.

There should be a banner page on the main website homepage with a Hyperlink picture of what product is dropping.

If that doesn’t show up once you are through Queue, You can either head to the “trading Card” link on the left side of the PCenter website in the dropdown menu, click TCG cards, then pick “Sort by New” or “Sort by Date”.

OR you can search in the search bar at the top of the home page “30th Anniversary”, it should auto fill once you get the 30th part out down.

IF the items have greyed out add to cart buttons, and you know you are early enough to get product, click on your cart in the top right side of the website, and let it load. Once it loads, click the back button once, that is usually referred to as “The Cart Trick” and it seems to help you get the add to cart button to show up and be clickable.

DONT FORGET TO LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PRODUCT PAGE BEFORE CHECKING OUT. It will usually show other related products that are for sale (like 30th anniversary products), if you can’t see that, do the above steps for finding the product pages.

DONT MOVE TOO QUICKLY ON THE SITE ONCE YOU ARE IN. You got through the queue, take 3-4 seconds in between clicks of anything, and do not scroll like a madman, the PCenter website is VERY touchy. Act like your grandma is the one looking for new Pokemon cards. If you miss out because you were taking 3-4 seconds In between clicks, you probably weren’t getting the drop even if you had hustled like Usain Bolt.

Hey guys!! I just wanted to take a second to remind yall that the Pokemon Center has had the 30th anniversary UPC's loaded on the back end since last week.

There is strong possibility that they will go live for preorder tomorrow (as well as some collection boxes and deck / pack combos etc, but I'm not certain about these products, it's just rumor right now). If they do not go live tomorrow, I would legitimately be shocked if they skip this week for preorders, so just keep in mind to check this sub around 10AM Central.

If anything goes live, I will make a post about it ASAP, share what is supposedly dropping (if I have the information prior to the queue starting), and will keep yall
updated on stock levels as best I can.

Look for a pinned post in the Community Highlights bar at the top of the main sub Page, I will pin a “Queue is Live” post if anything drops

Managed to snag two of the Ascended Heroes Focused Fighters Premium Collections during the Sam’s Club reload around 1 AM…

…and Sam’s accidentally shipped me FOUR. 😭😂

I’m choosing to believe this means one of these has a Premium Collection God Pack.

Until I open them, they’re officially Schrödinger’s God Pack, simultaneously containing a god pack and not containing a god pack. 😂

I’m not questioning the PokéGods. They clearly had a plan.

Now the real question… which one has the Godpack / SIR 🧐🧐

Box one down, and I LOVE the Numel IR, the active volcano valley with an ash plume over a volcano is awesome, looks so good!

I know this sub just LOVES a terrible attempt at making a fake card. I give you exhibit A, the Metamong ditto promo l snagged off eBay, it disappeared with no tracking update for 3 weeks, so l already got a refund.

It showed up today, and man is it a bad fake, it feels like a freaking credit card, the surface is slick to the touch, has a flat rainbow holo effect, and the back is just awful (much worse in person, trust me)

Figured I'd share a "real" fake card, so that people can see / read about what gave it away.

Be careful out there folks, even a high rated seller selling a card for close to "market" price, can backfire, smh.

I was looking lovingly at my Detective Pikachu, and I can’t believe I never realized that Mewtwo’s shadow is on the lower left side of the card! I feel like I’m behind the curve on realizing it, but it was very cool to notice on my own 😂

30th anniversary ETB’s and tech sticker collections are live on the Pokemon Center!!

Just got my first invite email from the Pokemon Center, specifically for the next Special Delivery mystery box.

In it, you could get the following:

Each Special Delivery Box comes with items currently or recently available for purchase online at Pokémon Center:
1 playmat
1 deck box
1 pin
2 Pokémon Sitting Cuties Plush
1 plush key chain
1 Pokémon TCG Elite Trainer Box

Some configurations will contain 2 additional booster packs. Each booster pack contains 10 cards and either 1 Basic Energy or 1 VSTAR marker. Cards vary by pack. Booster packs may vary by product.

The ETB’s will be one of the following, Darkness Ablaze, Shining Fates, Astral Radiance, Brilliant Stars or Hidden Fates.

Did any of yall get the email?? (That’s good news going forward btw, not guaranteed to repeat, but it’s a good sign that you are already on their list), and did you get an order in before it went OOS? (Under 10 minutes, I have my Pokemon Center emails set on full notifications and highest priority settings in my email, just for future reference if you missed on this one)
