While this may reveal me as someone with questionable taste (vs good taste), I am getting a friend captain's pirate hat as a thank you present. They are doing me a huge favor and this would be a gift that is (1) relevant to their interests and the favor they are doing for me (2) highly entertaining for all parties. However, I don't want something from like, Spirit Halloween. I do want it to obviously be a captain's hat.

Where should I buy one of these? I am also open to recommendations for other forums I could ask e.g. cosplayers or similar.
