Is this group still there ?

I used to be in this group a year ago but later I uninstalled ypt. Now I'm back and searching for it but can't find this group. This was my comfort group 😭 (if this makes any sense )

Can anyone help me with this ?

All the above pics are of today's only.

Skin type - Oily nose with rest of the face normal to dry and comedogenic too

So it started with when I had closed comedones only on my upper cheeks near the nose area for 2 years. After 2 years started with the treatment - tret .025 + azelaic acid 15%. With 7 months of tret and az nothing improved instead the purging phase left my skin with pih. I decided to take a break from it.

  1. Now I'm thinking did it go worse due irritation coz my skin couldn't tolerate tret and az together ? Should I go back to tret only again and start slowly ?

I had a second thought maybe these are not cc but fungal acne so I tried ketoconazole shampoo on alternate days and after two uses only my skin started burning these small bumps appeared on my face everywhere except forehead where I didn't use shampoo. Since 10 days I'm only using a gentle cleanser and nivea creme. Burning sensation went away but not these bumps even after 10 days.

  1. What to do with these bumps ?

Dermat isn't an option anymore 🙏

Skin type : Oily nose and skin near the nose and rest of the face normal to slightly dry depending on the weather, comedones-prone skin

I want to include one of these for only when my barrier gets disrupted and weekly once or twice maybe (mostly my skin gets red and inflammed only when my barrier is damaged) as I can't tolerate these heavy formulations on daily basis.

Skin Type : Combination and very sweaty in summer that almost feels like oily & combination to dry in winters

I’ve been dealing with closed comedones for almost 2 years now. I’ve already eliminated anything that might be comedogenic for my skin. For the past 7 months I’ve been using tret (.025) and 15% azelaic acid consistently, but there’s been almost no improvement. The purging phase left me with pie and pih which is now another issue on top of this. I've never had any acne(big ones) issue maybe one two breakouts every month. But now I'm also getting painful red bumps without any head.

For the first 6 months I kept my routine very simple: Gentle cleanser, Moisturizer, Sunscreen

Recently I have added Paula’s Choice bha toner but I’ve only used it about 3 times so far

The bumps don’t itch or turn red, so I don’t think it’s fungal acne.

Any advice or similar experiences would really help.

My camera has added filters (yk chinese brands) so it may not be looking that bad but in real it looks really bad especially now in summers.
